Alrighty, I haven't been around in a while and find that the prices in most places have just skyrocketed.  But holy moly Moses, I can't believe that the prices have doubled and tripled.

If I didn't know better I'd think that all the ladies got together for some good old fashioned price-fixing.

It could have something to do with what Bloomberg reported on hotel prices in San Francisco and other cities.

Top Markets

The average price of a San Francisco hotel room has soared 88 percent over the past year and now nears $400, or $397 per night, Bloomberg says. That price tops No. 2 Geneva and No. 3 Milan. In comparison, Geneva hotels cost an average of $292 per night. Travelers shell out $271 in Milan and pay an average of $240 per night in Chicago and Miami. Chicago and Miami were tied for the second most pricey U.S. hotel destination.

@Oldtimemonger as well.  I don't care what hotels cost.

I see that the outcall rates are even higher than incall rates.  I think the world has gone mad.

The markets do not consist of the few of us who post on the internet. I would be surprised if the people posting here are even 1% of the mongers in my area.

In the last five years prices of housing, food and transportation have gone up. If you live in the San Francisco/Silicon Valley area wages and investments have gone way up. The marketplace sets the price.

If a girl gets lots of appointments at 250 she raises it to 300, 400, 500 etc. If she is not getting appointments, she lowers the price. The overall market consists of ALL the mongers in an area. It's easier to do one guy at 500 than doing two guys at 250. If they could get 1k a show that's what they would charge. It's a luxury purchase. Ultimately the combined market in your area sets the price.

Missed that. Ok, well I don't know - but the hotel rates have bumped up significantly for this week in Chicago, so I'm assuming incall rates would bump up. I just figure it evens out throughout the year, so I just keep it the same and don't see people for incall for those couple of days if the hotel is more than the date they schedule.

Fall in Chicago is a great season, so I'm assuming that's why rates bump up. Winter sucks, unless you have regulars, and summer also is slow.

Fall seems to be a great season everywhere. Winters slow in Chicago? Gee, I wonder why.

From what I've been told, in San Francisco the first couple weeks of January are slow but things pick up until April. April and May somewhat slow then fine until August. October to January is the best of times. I don't notice established ladies having any increases or discounts for the time of the year. Discounts go to regulars.

Dear Ms. Ova:
Courtney, I was just wondering would their be a change in prices if you hosted in Gary or in Northwest Indiana?  I am thinking it you are a little away from Chicago your rates could stay the same.

the other day i had a flashback to tenth grade when a snickers bar was 49c!

3 bags of party sized Mars candy..
3 / $9
$2 coupon from cvs machine
$2 coupon from newspaper

If I feel the urge I'll grab one from the trick or treat bags, lol!

Halloween candy. This year I want to be the guy who hands out two king size candy bars. We used to switch our costumes and go multiple times to those houses lol.
