I just read the thread where a girl got outed at her job. How many of them are able to hide their past over a long period of time? It sounds like a pretty tough road. The ones who have a job while hooking are in an even worse situation.
Not just hookers. But people in general. What happens to poor people like me and people I see around me.
Some smart people have savings, invested money, retirement money. Providers you would think have saved money.
But that might not be the case. In my case as a worker, not a hooker LOL. I guess if I get to live long enough, unemployed and broke. I will just jump or more like slowly walk or drop in front of a train.
But seriously, who knows what happens to hookers when they stop hooking. We should know since many generations of them have gone by since prehistory. why you worry about it?

We're all the same....just people. They go on with their lives just like we do. But yeah I imagine it's tough to provide and have a regular job and keep it all hidden. I've actually thought it would be cool to make a date and when I get there it's someone I work with or recognize from my office. That would be hot. Lol
of meeting someone you work with or recognize is for me would be a problem. I'm fairly certain that I've read here before that for the women it would be the same, they would be mortified.
As a former provider, most of my past narrative doesn't show up on the page but the people I would have been most crushed by an outing now know.
the first two both quit to get married, both to former clients. (Actually one had known her client only for a short time as a client. She purposely quit seeing him for a while, then welcomed him back and ended up marrying him.
I very much liked both of them and our relationships changed when each had a family member who needed my help in getting them plugged in with the right health care and by the time they left, we were more friends than client/provider.
One seemed extremely happy and about five or six years aho we lost touch tho she by then had a least one child and seemed well settled. I still talk to the second who has now been married for at least 12 years.
I have not kept in personal touch with the third, but know what she is doing. I used to see her decades ago and she decided then that her day job as a trail lawyer risked to be interfered with by her providing. She was married at the time and got divorced after she quit providing but is now remarried and still a successful and well known trial lawyer (senior one now.)
