The stated age is similar too (37 yo vs. 38 yo). The shady part, which makes me have to look for intel, is that this provider is asking for a much higher rate than JLS' (see link: $1000/2h vs. $600/2h or 67% higher).

I pay Julia's rates here on TER, just like anyone else who is on TER. If someone, who doesn't visit TER, goes on Eros and sees Julia's pictures and feels it's worth the price advertised on Eros, then there is nothing nefarious going on.
I'm sure the people at Palm Beach pay a lot more for the same steak than the people do in Des Moines, Iowa. That's knowing your market and good business sense if you can get it.

When you present the way that Julia does on the boards and behind the scenes there are a lot of people waiting in the wings to kick sand in your face when you do something like this.
To be honest, I don't actually see a problem with an escort having multiple personas in different markets or with different offerings. If you're a full-time pro and you're currently working your other market you are not exclusive. You're not bringing what the client wants for his money to the table. Now escorts shouldn't be in the business of making altruistic decisions for clients. Its up to clients to do their own homework. Clients weren't called "tricks" back in the day for nothing. And clients aren't out here making good decisions for providers. He wants the best possible service at the best value for himself. So again, I have no problem with a provider running her games how she wants to.
But if you're going to raise your rates don't do it timidly and with your backup persona still online. If you have to do that? There's your answer. You can't afford to. Look at the truth of your situation, don't believe your own lies or hype.
And if you're going to raise your rates and have two personas online at once don't play miss popularity contest on the boards, mean girl behind the scenes and insult everyone's intelligence with bold faced lies unless you love the taste of pie on your face.
