As a lifestyle player and professional BDSM practitioner, I have found enjoyment in both having these experiences and helping people experience some activities akin to this. But please note that why people partake in these activities isn't always for enjoyment, and what you see on kink.com websites like Sexually Broken and Sex and Submission are incredibly well orchestrated scenes that have about a million safeguards in place to keep those women safe and uninjured. Over the years I've had plenty of fun with women who were interested in being played with such as what you've described. My favorite types over the years were the strippers who were young, hot and really flexible. And since they didn't see that scene as prostitution, they were OK with it.
