I would pick San Diego in particular and the West Coast in general. The Miami area certainly deserves mention. Texas (as much as I hate the state) deserves mention. I'll go with Austin.
So I have been with a few providers around the country but the west coast hands down is the best!

Name me a Top Ten girl from any major city who doesn't tour? If you live in any major market you will get plenty of them passing through. And if you live in a small market town, you're screwed anyway, so for you there's no answer except to tour yourself. I suggest Costa Rica.
Little Rock is the only "wet" area for a hundred miles in every direction, or at least it was back when I spent a year or so there many years ago. All the country girls out for a good time would come to LR to party, and there was no shortage of hotties. I don't know what the P4P scene is like there now, but back then there were so many college age girls looking for nothing more than a good time P4P was hardly necessary.
When you're in a small town market the client is the one that has to go on tour. Other than that you have to wait for a touring lady to pop into town. It's hard to keep them coming back because a lot of them don't understand you have to visit 2 or 3 times before you can really evaluate whether it's worth the stop. The other obstacle is her rate. It's hard for a lady over 400/hr to pull it off in what would be classified as a "other" city.
My answer would be South and East Coast.
Just because a girl has a top 10 rating does not mean she is prettier than a lesser rated girl. The top 10 girls in each city do not tour *every* major City. Some only tour a few cities beyond their home base.

I continuously visit Little Rock and my end it hasn't been bad for business. I saw a handful of local providers that were drop dead geourgous . as far as things to do, yea its pretty lame. Its one of the poorest states & very religious....
