I would say never used two condoms.
It's too much of a risk for both condoms slipping off during sex.

If you need to find condoms that really does the job and helps protects against std's.

I would recommend these two condoms:
TROJAN™ SUPRA™ Bareskin™ Non-Latex Condoms
Trojan Magnum Bareskin Condoms

You only need one and they don't slip off if applied correctly.

I'd love to see responses by both dudes and the ladies about this question. I'm new to the hobby and recently had my first date. I was reminded why I just don't enjoy condoms - and if the opportunity ever comes up to experience a female condom, I'd love to give that a try... but I digress... While day dreaming the other morning, this idea popped into my head and I thought I couldn't be the only one to think of this - hence the question to all of you...

Back when I regularly used a condom with a single partner, I really liked the natural feel of the Natural Lambskin condoms. Trojan makes one now that is highly rated, however I think the brand I bought at the time was made by Durex. Problem - this doesn't protect against STI/STD's - however it's the most pleasurable condom I've ever worn.

What if - you were to wear two condoms? Cover-up 1st with the Natural Lambskin, and then say, wrap that with let's say - a Trojan Magnum Large Size...

So - now the dude has natural feel against his privates, covered by the security of an STI/STD proof condom on the outside that's loose and comfortable.

 Thoughts?

Any ladies out there interested in giving this a beta test?

I doubt any lady with any sense is going to allow you to "double bag" it.

Quite frankly, it also sounds like a really dumb idea.

Part of the pleasurable sensations comes from body heat and the texture of the penis/vagina. Adding an extra layer would further inhibit this aspect. There's also probably some risk of condom failure due friction between the two layers. But I agree that lambskins do feel better than latex/polyurethane; too bad they're not appropriate for this activity.

If you can get a girlfriend, you should try this out with her first. Any provider who's willing to experiment with her safety is not one I'd like to visit.

You can expect to pay about 4$ per condom.  I keep them around and I know one other lady who does, but most providers don't.

The feedback I've received on FC ranges from they can't really tell any difference to they are fantastic and the only way to go.  Some guys who can't come wearing a condom CAN come when they use a FC instead.  4$ is a small price to pay to find out if they might greatly increase your pleasure.

I think everyone knows how the FCs work...they are shaped like a small sock and fit in the vagina with a ring on the outside edge that stays outside the vagina.  It's a loose fit on the cock, since it is lining the vagina instead, and it's going to feel more natural for the man, since he can feel the in and out friction like he would without a condom.

There is second ring in the bottom of the female condom, which fits in the vagina like a diaphragm.  Many people like to remove this ring.  I like to leave it, because it seems to act like an anchor and without it I think the condom might go in and out with the cock and defeat the purpose.  I'm still experimenting with this, though.  It does take a little practice to learn how to get that bottom ring comfortably secured if you are going to use the bottom ring.

I don't think you will find them in any drug stores or even in most adult stores.  I have asked the Barnett Avenue adult store in San Diego to keep them stocked for me, and they do...but before I asked even they didn't have any, and they are the biggest adult store in San Diego.  None of the other adult stores I've gone to keep them in stock.

You can get them online for slightly cheaper at Amazon.com and that's what I do.

I'd recommend that you bring your own with you, since most ladies don't have them.

BE VERY AWARE...You must be more careful with a FC.  If you are extra large or if you enjoy a very lively session, it's very important to make sure that the out side ring doesn't get tucked inside the vagina.  Once one little edge of it gets pushed inside, the entire thing can get pushed inside, then obviously, there's no more protection.  This has happened to me twice.  It happened in the beginning before I realized that this is the associated risk of using a FC.  Now that I know, it doesn't happen.

Personally, I don't feel the risk is great enough to not enjoy the FCs.  Not at all.  Just keep an eye on it.

I have tried all of the male condoms discussed above, but the best that I have used is Crown. You can order them on Amazon and the cost is really reasonable.

Funny, I was going to post on the topic but in a different way.

I cannot feel hardly anything with a condom, nada.  I have had only a couple of providers who have gotten me off while screwing, and I really do not know how.

My ATF that I am seeing now is really hot and I really want to go the distance.  I know it is not loss of feeling, as she gets me  off BBBJ everytime.

Soooo... What advice is out there?  Saw the post of FC, not sure she would do that but I will ask.  Would shooting lube inside the condom before I put it on, work?

I was married for a few decades plus, and up until now have not had to deal with condoms.

Just want to get that loving feeling back while doing the deed.

Female condoms look terrible and don't feel like real sex. Short of the exquisite feeling of BB** the closest you can get to real sex with a hooker is BBBJTC-CIM. Some of these guys have never had real world sex. That's why they don't mind condoms. If you are getting off with blowjobs then just finish in her mouth.

Two condoms at once is a very bad idea. Try putting a "spot" of lube inside the male condom. I think Trojan makes a newer condom the Trojan™ "Double Ecstasy". It has more room in the head area and more lube all of which makes it less "restrictive". I haven't tried them yet as I'm a big FC2 fan, but I did buy some.

Or just just ask for a bbbj finish. That's pretty common for condom haters. Yup, I hate them also ...

Hey - you never know unless you ask, right? I never thought about failure as being the problem - and if you've never worn the lambskin, then you don't know how real that feels. Appreciate the feedback about buying FC's - and like I said, when I have a chance, I will def. give that a try... Agree with the other poster about not having to wear C's for a long time and now that I'm doing so, it brings back all of those memories of why they aren't that much fun... Thanks again all...

Why would Durex make condoms that FAIL to protect against STI/STD's while others such as Trojan, Lifestyle, etc... do?

Never heard of such non-sense. All condoms work the same way why would one brand be different? wouldn't it be out of business already if that is the case?

Trojan and other companies also make lambskin condoms. It's not just Durex.
Lambskin condoms actually have been around longer than latex condoms.
The primary purpose of a condom is to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Lambskin condoms do that well.
The secondary purpose of condoms is to prevent STDs. Lambskin condoms do NOT do that well at all.

They are not a good choice for the hobby. This does not mean they are not good for better sensations, or that they won't sell.

Does not do WELL is not the same as does not do AT ALL. Yes, latex protects better but does not mean lambskin does NOT.

You ask an interesting and important question, but one that hasn't come up very often on the forum.  I'm happy to address latex (or polyurethane) versus natural membrane (e.g., "lambskin") condoms.  The quick answers to your specific questions are 1) I see no need for HIV testing in this circumstance and 2) I agree with your common-sense conclusion that "there has to be at least some reduced risk" -- probably a lot of reduced risk.

For 20+ years, it has been almost universally stated by health authorities and health education websittes that latex condoms (or, more recently, polyurethane) protect against HIV transmission and that natural membrane condoms may not, because of natural pores in the membranes through which secretions and virus might pass.  Some sources go so far as to say there is no HIV protection.

However, that advice has been based almost entirely on assumption, not data.  To my knowledge, there are no reports of HIV transmission occurring through a natural condom that did not overtly rupture.  HIV transmission risk is depends on the amount of virus exposure, and in general large amounts of virus have to gain access to susceptible cells in places like the urethral lining, the thin skin under the foreskin, or the lining of the cervix or rectum.  On common-sense grounds, it seems very likely that an intact natural membrane condom markedly reduces, and probably entirely prevents, exposure to sufficient virus to result in HIV infection.  Even the relatively large pore size probably makes little difference.  Even with pores quite a bit larger than the diameter of the virus, fluid dynamics (surface tension and related issues) generally prevent significant amounts of fluid passage.

For sure, I agree with your own conclusion that using such condoms is much safer than not using a condom at all, and I believe they have gotten an undeserved bad rap.  Someone who finds latex or polyurethane condoms unacceptable, but who is happy with natural membranes, definitely should use them rather than having unprotected sex.

Bottom line:  1) As I said, I see no need for HIV testing, at least not from a risk assesment perspective.  But of course feel free to do it if you'll feel better with a negative test. 2)  Latex or polyurethane condoms remain preferred, but natural membrane condoms almost certainly are an acceptable substitute if the former are unacceptable to the user.

I hope this helps.  Best wishes--  HHH, MD
