The reason that I asked is that I see the review scores sometimes be like 7s or less but mentioned that "she is the best, and i would definitely see her again " and etc. They never mentioned what was wrong in the review and kinda baffled about a low score. What is your opinion on it?
Many reviewers take the score descriptions very literally, while others inflate them to help out the gal.

One possibility:
If the woman is, like me, transitioning and her profile reflects that she offers both escort and massage sessions. Her reviews may only be for massage (7s being wonderful scores for said services) or both but the scores will be a result of ratings for massage/escorting/or both.. So the lady may provide mind blowing sessions and reading the text will usually attest to that or suggest otherwise.

many massage providers offer some of the extras that can earn extra points, like Kissing with tongue and Really bi. In cases like that they can get higher than a 7.

Well, it brings up this question: Why is she not an 8s or above? What exactly did she do that brought the score down to 7s? I mean 7s or less like a 6s makes me wondered if she did something wrong or something that creep you out that brought the score to this.
...Sounds like you consider 7 a low score. Many people don't. If the details are gushing about how great everything was you know that reviewer is a hard grader. Look at the other reviews by that handle. Are they mostly 7's and 8's. Maybe a few 6's thrown in?
A previous poster noted that many follow the score description literally. If the provider didn't go the extra mile (talk about subjective) they won't give an 8. If they don't forget it's a service they don't give a 9 regardless of how good they believe the session was. (I have never forgotten it's a service. I have given many 9's.) Then there is the Once in a life time (aka one in a million). Some reviewers don't think that's ever going to happen since they haven't lived their lifetime yet.
What about those that don't understand the scoring guidelines. They didn't do anal or have another lady in the session for "really bi" to be a consideration but he did LFK/DFK (kiss with tongue) so the provider gets an 8. (8 because 7 being the highest possible score without the extra services being offered + 1 for the LFK/DFK.) The reviewer didn't understand that he didn't have to actually get those services during the session. Those services only have to be available/offered (on her profile) for her to receive a 10 for that session.
Then there are those that start out scoring low so they have room to give higher scores as they become more experienced, see more providers, and get better at evaluating her performance.
Conclusion, there are so many answers to your question you'll never know which one applies in any given instance. You could PM the reviewer and ask. You may not get an answer though and you may get blasted because it could be construed as you disagreeing or calling them out on their review ratings. They may figure you are her white knight trying to rescue her rating. Stick with the details as you main information source.
In the suggestilons & policy board I made a suggestion about once in a lifetime scores and the response was that they are working on it. Maybe that will be part of the "New" TER
If they have a lot of reviews I usually find a few of the highest and lowest and read them. Keeping in mind of how recent they are. The scores help me decided what ones to read but that's about it. I mainly go with the details.
Does she look like her pictures? Does she offer the services you desire? Is she clean? Does the client enjoy her company? Is the reviewer legit enough to believe? Anything else is pretty much irrelevant!
One gal I was trying to see rejected my proposal to get together due to the fact that I had given some lower scores based on some bad experiences. She was very proud of her score, and didn't want to take any chance whatsoever that they might be lowered by not meeting expectations for someone.
Safe to say that the importance of scores goes both ways...it seems.

You would have been better off using an alias for reviews or simply not giving up your handle.
That is why I don't write a crap ton of reviews. If the provider has a lot of reviews that reflect the service I received I usually don't, unless they want me to. I am in the hobby to have fun, not to be a wine critic. If I think there is info that needs shared I will.
I look for consistancy of reviews... I look harder at lower scores but not overly since it's subjective. I do not like wide swings... especially more than one per page of reviews... but a low score is a 2-3. NOT 7 & higher.
It's always the details of reviews that are key. There are a multitude of opinions regarding scores - some think that giving a score below 8 is a knock upon the lady, while others think this is nonsense. Personally, an average of 8 on performance is my benchmark. Also, reading reviewers other reviews is part of my analysis process. Whitelistings also count.

Anything else. But its not a bad thing. In fact, one of my two ATF's is firmly scored as a 7/7. I have seen her dozens of times and will keep going back because A. She is UTR and usually available. B. A pretty damn good cocksucker and lay. C. She lives near me and D. Her price point fits my budget. - she's a little older, a few more miles on her and she's fun to romp with. As a UTR gal, I have not reviewed her nor will I at her request.
My other ATF is higher priced, higher rated, usually works in Manhattan and is like a fine wine, not to be guzzled down every week like a six pack. She's my every other month call. She's the whip cream and cherry on the ice cream.
Every now and again I switch off to another touring provider or new person but generally I see these two. In the past I have reviews that give 7's but lately I have demurred from reviewing anyone less than an 8 in my estimation. It serves no purpose except to make the gals mad at you. Even though, to me, a 7 is perfectly acceptable, the gals want their 8's thru 10's. So if IMHO you don-t hit that point, now you don't get a review from me. For a while there I had gals turning me down due to my review history, but not since I instituted my current policy
Scores are VERY subjective. I spot read the reviews looking for any red flags. If the provider has reviews constantly at 6 or below, I will pass. Other wise, the devil (or pleasure) is in the details.
