Not to start a long thread again about "race" and preference; but have any African American men had difficulty in getting a response from either EB or other K providers? I have quite a few references from P411 and other providers, so that is not a problem. I have never received a response back from them after trying every which way of contact for months.

EB is basically shut down for anyone who isn't already approved. They don't answer emails, phone calls or texts unless they have already cleared your number 
I think your best bet would be to get cleared at one of the NoVA agencies that use the same ladies, then when the ladies visit Bmore you can use the sister-agency as a reference.

Thanks all. Trust me, I am not paranoid when it comes to race. But I have been trying for months, and they have even reviewed my P411 two different times. But the information all of you have provided makes sense. Will try NoVA
