I've been on Zoloft for a while; started it just before my first trip to Nevada.  Just read that difficulty reaching orgasm can be a side effect.  Perhaps I should consider reducing my dosage?

I guess I'll start at the beginning.

Last year I was a 32 year old virgin.  I went on this big vacation out west and figured what the hell, I'll go to one of the legal brothels in Nevada.  So I did that and had a good time, but it took me a solid 2 hours to get off.  Six months later I was back in Vegas for a work thing and figured what the hell, I'll do it again.  So I did and it was the same story.

Of course the legal brothels are not cheap, and it costs time and money to get out there in the first place.  So I figured I'd try someone locally and see how that goes.  So a few months later I signed up for P411 and contacted a few providers.  Only one of them was willing to see me without references so I set up an appointment.  I had a hood time, but despite giving it our best efforts for nearly 3 hours I was unable to get off.  A couple months later I get the hankering again so I see the same provider (because I'm a creature of habit) and again it's the same story (this was just a few days ago).

She doesn't have the same stamina as the girls in Nevada so we have to take breaks more often, and I think this is the main difference in the scenarios.  I really like her and want it to work, but needless to say this is very frustrating (for both of us).  Obviously I'm very inexperienced sexually (which I'm sure is a contributing factor) so I don't really know what to do.  Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

For seeing you again and start a collection to have her vaginal lining replaced...lol. My utmost respect goes to women who can deal with that sort of action. Thank the universe you are out there is all I can say.

There's various prescription meds that will make it very hard for u to reach climax. If that's not the case, I recommend you to watch porn and train yourself to finish in the positions u wanna finish.

That's something only u and ur doctor should discuss. I'm by no means trained in that field.

I have had clients who were on anti depressives and couldn't reach climax. And I have seen them when they're off those things and their equipment works just fine.

I'm not sure why you are taking it but SSRI drugs can make it impossible to ejaculate naturally.

I have a client on both antidepressants and blood pressure meds and what he does (and I am NOT advocating you do this). is he does not take the evening doses the night before he sees me.

Guess what...Houston we have lift off!!!!!!!

You need to rule out any physical reason you are having trouble ejaculating.

Once you do that, you can concentrate on the psychological issue you may be having.

Inexperience usually causes someone to cum too quickly, but you are correct, it could be a contributing factor with your issue.

Your primary doc will be able to check a few basic things health wise but may need to refer you to a urologist or possibly another specialist.

Sounds very frustrating. Good luck

...back at ya, slick! ;)

Seems doubtful as I have no problems when masturbating.

If so stop and don't do it again. Masturbation can impact your ability to get off.

I know sometimes giving your body a couple of days break before a date.
It can really work but it can also be a mental thing too.
Just really focus in on the lady and enjoy her body.
So I am sure once you do this and not thinking about your problem will help you get off faster.

I've only done this a handful of times but so far I've typically gone a few months between appointments.  I don't think I can avoid masturbating for that long.

In my earlier 40s. It would take me a hour to jack off, if it it was live video chat sessions. I found it messed up my ability to maintain a nice hard erection. I also stopped watching porn. Don't watch any porn if you are seeing a lady. Once I did that it was amazing to see strong my sex drive increased.

Seriously.

You're probably, for lack of a better term, numb.

Piggy backing on this I read that masturbation lying on your stomach can desensitise your member's sensitivity to an orgasm. It's not uncommon and some people learn to masterbate the wrong way at an early age (I had that problem too). If this sounds like it might relate to you I will try to find the page I got all my information, in short you need a period of abstinence and slowly retrain yourself to reach an orgasm correctly.

For what it's worth, I hope it isn't something medical or what I mentioned, these things can happen and I've read a few reviews with no first pop. Best of luck to you friend.

Did that last time and still had the same issue.  I think it's more mental than physical but who knows.

Did you "train" yourself to hold back? As Sasha said, you may need training ...

Amazing things can happen when the provider is spiritually centered.
