can't piss in any public rest room where the urinals lack big visual separation barriers.  I had it for a while and then it went away.  It's a self-imposed stage fright thing, if you have to do it you can't.  Don't recall precisely how it started for me, just one day had a hard time starting and got freaked, and the response fed on itself.

I used to be VERY pee shy - I still make jokes about being a piss shy piss fetishist. I've found that drinking a whole bunch of water or tea (caffeine is a diuretic) prior to pee play is helpful, obviously. Instead of holding it in preparation, I 'break the seal' and keep hydrating before and during play. This means that I'll be able to go several times in an hour for a few hours!

As far as letting go in the moment, that really can be tricky and I had to train myself to be able to. I went from living in a college dorm a few years ago and not being able to use the communal bathroom if other people were in it who might be able to hear me to where I am today. I practiced a lot with my girlfriend who is also into golden showers. It's a mental hurdle for sure - maybe start in the shower with the water running and move from there?
