I did include date and time in the email but I got an automated email response.

It goes without saying that we gentlemen know you ladies live another busy life outside the escort world. We also know that you're trying to handle hundreds of session requests via calls, inboxes, and or emails. We also know that you might be in the middle of a session, although we can't think that thought because the fantasy of you being the only one is huge.

Obviously, if I want to party in ten minutes, I'll call the next lady on my list if you don't respond to my call. But my personal party time usually has to be carefully planned days or weeks in advance, and goes in cycles from fairly rare to once or twice a month. So what is a fair wait time for a lady, be she known or new, to respond if my session inquiry is a few days to a week in advance? 24 hours? 48 hours? Since my play time is fairly irregular, and I'd really like to play, I can't wait on an inquiry indefinitely.

Or, would it be fair to send out several invitations, and the first one to respond gets the nod? Sorry Montero, Rasha, and Steph, Zayla responded first so maybe next time. I'm thinking that Montero, Rasha, and Stephanie wouldn't be too happy with that approach.

while screening can be tedious, its just part of our "job." the rates that we choose to charge per hour should leave us content on all of the extra effort that goes on behind the scenes (be it booking travel, screening, whatever).

so if you happen to want to contact five ladies, go ahead and send out a,

"hi. I'm looking for some fun on this date.
here is my contact info and i will go ahead and pm you from ter so you can verify my handle.
my references are ......

if you have availability, please let me know.

i will confirm with you asap (also know that we wait to hear a confirmation from you, so if you expect a prompt reply, please be courteous to give one) to confirm the date.

if it doesn't work out this time, ill definitely contact you in the future. please keep my screening info in a safe place.

thank you!"

You say your schedule must be planned days, or even weeks in advance. Request her days or weeks in advance. Inform her of your situation and if she hasn't responded within 24 hours (which seems like a very reasonable allotment) you move on to your next choice. If you want to go the other route where you send out a mass request just make sure you finalize your decision early enough that you won't be met with a cancellation penalty. Easy enough yeah?

Can't agree more. 24 hours is a fair amount of time - even if her response is, "I'll get back to you." At least I know she'll get to me. I try to provide my screening stuff upfront in my first email, TER white lists, P411, Date Check AND say I want to see them for X hours on X date so they know I not a "time waster". However, if I don't hear back in 24 hours ... I move on to the next provider, after I send another email to the first provider, telling her that the lack of response forced me to move on.

Dear Ms. London:
With respect to your verification process, do you also contact the client if there is an issue with a reference and do you notify him if someone is a bit slow?  At a point if you are at an impasse , would you suggest an alternative method for obtaining your goals of safety ?   Those things are all critical within the process?

I'm sorry I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but here is some insight into how I operate. I check my email three times a day: once in the morning, midday and again at night. That's about once every eight hours. I am fairly new, but on the occasion that I receive a green light request I respond within ten hours. I've never taken more than twelve hours to verify a client. When I am screening, if there is an issue with verification, I notify him promptly and inform him that I will not be able to meet with him at this time. My screening options are pretty much standard and it is up to the client to not only choose the most effective method for himself, but also to confirm that all information and references are accurate and dependable to make the process smooth and speedy. This means that his references should keep it professional and reply in timely fashion.

Maybe it's just me but there are few things I dislike more than having my time wasted so I always do my best to avoid wasting the time of another.

In my experience, at least.  If you haven't heard after 48, either try again, or move on.  No response after 72, definitely move on.  I would take this as her not being available, and no longer worth my time at that point.

This past weekend I sent an email to a provider to confirm our appointment for later this week.  She is well established and reviewed.  I have checked her calender and there has been no changes to her plans to visit my area.  It's been 4 days with no response and other email commutations have been quickly responded to, what should I do

I would have sent another two days later.
If your messages have been just about the date, wanting to confirm and etc, I don't see why someone would reply.
If messages are more like "how's your day, just checking for the 10th time that we are still meeting on Thursday.... " well, maybe don't do that.
Lol

Each provider is different. I personally am ok with some small talk, but I have to limit it or I would run out of time small talking with everyone.

"Just checking that you got my email and we are still good for "insert date."

Should do the trick. :)
