But since I do like it enough to fork over quantities of cash to have it in a somewhat elaborate manner this means to me that there must be some animal/hindbrain thing going on in my head that comes from a prehistory measured in millions of years on the savannahs of Africa - not the mere millennia of human existence outside of that continent.   It just doesn't make any rational sense.

Certainly some expression of that is social - but the desire must be mostly evolutionary.  Which is a matter of trial and error over tens of thousands of generations - and lots of both.  The individuals carrying this mutation or set of mutations reproduced, others did not.

Which means that there may NOT be a rational explanation - simply one that worked in terms of the survival of our species which is the only measure of success in evolutionary terms.   In other words, there may not BE a "common sense" reason.  

Not sure we'll ever really get to the bottom of it - but in the mean time, as they say in France....

And yes - I like big boobs too.  I also like small boobs, medium sized boobs... and nice butts - and... well you get the picture

That makes more sense from an evolutionary perspective.

 
   
 I am surprised they leave out the other so-called common sense evolutionary reason:  A woman with large breasts is more likely to properly mother an offspring, and is therefore a better sexual mate for the purposes of reproduction.
