I have checked out several of these places and in every case you can go ala carte for less than half the price of the package deal these places offer. Not to mention you can see as many or as few different hookers as you want. These places are always WAAAAYYYY overpriced for the local market, you are much better off "going native"

Some of those naked bodies can really kill a boner.

Ive heard that the Dominican Republic is good...Costa Rica.....How do you find the ladies when you are there?
In Costa Rica, the two hotspots are Downtown San Jose, the Del Rey in particular or at the Co Cal Hotel in Jaco Beach. You can see five different chicas a day, eat and drink to your hearts content and get a better room for much less than any of the "all inclusive" places.
I once got approached by one in the hotel bar, while vacationing in DR. I was 19. It was your run-of-the-mill AI hotel. I have no idea how she made it onto the secured hotel property. Oh wait, maybe I do.
Anyway, she started talking to me, and silly me mistook her for a civvie, especially considering that she was my age. It didn't hit me that she was a provider until half hour later, after talking and dancing with her, when she invited herself to my hotel room "para un masaje" (for a massage). I told her no, due to a mental block I had against the hobby.
Long story short, book a room at lower-end AI resorts (3 stars), and look for Dominican ladies at the hotel bar. They're probably about college age, if that's the demographic you're into.
