I think that most clients, myself included, would be a bit turned off by thinking about "our" provider being with someone else, because the traditional fantasy is that she was put on this earth just for us.

It's just fiiiine! In fact, it's more than fine, it's way more common than most people think. Some men love to hear about "guys who have been there before;" in fact, there are entire phantasy scenarios spun around the very topic in "encounter-land." But I will say this, and that is that many times, it remains a phantasy and not a reality. One man told of his phantasy to hide in the closet while the provider was sexing it with another client. I advised him to be careful, with the result that he looked at me, quite sternly and said "I'm not REALLY going to do THAT!" Still, during sex, he would encourage the provider to "tell him" about all the encounters, how she had climaxed, what was done to her, etc. It was mostly about HER, and not the other guy. He would talk about smelling her panties, digging his finger in and finding sperm from the other guy [impossible, since she was practicing safe sex,] but mostly, the phantasy served him to get him so excited that he just collapsed in a total heaplet after the deed was done. In response to your second question: providers don't mind one bit. A professional quickly gets the hang of the gist and will go with it to the nth degree if necessary. Actually, I wouldn't approach the provider with it beforehand because it could get a little "scripted." Best to spring it in the heat of the moment. Start asking gently about "other guys you've seen.." Then tell her, "I wanna hear all about it.." and so on. Now, if you really, really get off on smelling her underwear, ask her beforehand to wear some panties/thong/whatever that hasn't been washed from a previous encounter.She will certainly get the drift unless she's very, very inexperienced.
