Bag it

I'm very concerned about this, too.  I regularly wear a bag over my head to avoid being IDed on any secret videos.

For those following other threads (hotel dress etiquette), I always wear socks to match the bag.

One time, after I explained to my hostess why I was wearing a bag over my head, she assured me that there were no cameras and that there was nothing to worry about in her 4-star hotel room so I took it off.  Then, she asked me to put it back on

often wonder when I drive by a hotel in the middle of nowhere? shouldn't hotels be closer to an airport or something? Now that I started hobbying, Holly crap, I think the majority of the people staying in these hotels are providers or clients. Especially when I arrive at a hotel in a suburb area and the parking lot is almost full in a weekday around lunch time. And have you noticed that there are always hotels next to each other. There must be a lot of fucking going on. With that in mind, the hotel staff must know what the deal is when a smoking hot lady checks in for 2 or 3 days. And I know agency girls go to a hotel together and get rooms next to one another. Won't it be really easy for an asshole peeping Tom that works in the hotel to set up a mini WI-FI camera in the room to watch? If you google hotel-escort-vids, you always get clips of people fucking kind of blurry. Do providers take any kind of precaution when they first get to their room?

That sounds like a scary thought :/ Oh my

I dress down and look like a normal college student with a pretty face. So I'm sure they don't do that to me. I do take the time to look around. And I only use rooms ONCE per Client in various areas.

Well ok I admit it. I am somewhat of a video voyeur myself. Though I would never post any of my material online. I like to take pics /video of women without them knowing but always in public. I have thought of the idea of hidden video cameras in my hotel room. I usually dress like the girl next door when in public especially checking in. One time in Norfolk I suspected hidden camera because a guy at front desk asked me a bottle of lotion I placed on my nightstand. I told him where I had purchased it but after checking out I realized ... hold on I didn't leave that bottle there when I left out so how did he know I had placed it the nightstand?... I still remember that sly little smile on his face. Nowadays I check everything in room thoroughly.

Go figure.

for setting up a hidden camera in a hotel room, then selling the video to someone who puts it on line.

Very often it is the cheap hotels that have a door that faces the parking lot, and on the opposite end where the bathroom is, there is often a mirror and behind the mirror a crawl space that allows access to the plumbing pipes.  Shifty operators scrape a bit of silver reflector off a corner of the mirror and place a small video camera looking into the room.   If I was in a room like that, I'd drape a towel over the mirror before my date.

I saw one gal once in a cheap hotel and she insisted on piling towels at the bottom of the room door as she thought they could place a camera down there that would see us.

It's another good reason to avoid those no-tell motels

I was up in Salem  Mass a few years ago at Halloween time when the whole town becomes one big Halloween festival and people go around in costumes and masks.  At one point I entered a convenience store to buy some water and the clerk yells over to me:  "Sorry buddy, but no wearing of masks is allowed in the store."

I wasn't wearing a mask.

I heart you, Mr. Fisher. Darn that gorgeous redhead, for capturing you!
(Heehee! JK. Blessings to both of you!)

Took one of my Pumpkins to Salem for five days of Halloween festivities a few years ago and fell in love with the grand, preserved homes and extraordinary government buildings, etc.

Even more impressive to both of us, was the love and reverence, displayed by the very fortunate citizens of this gem of a city. Quite an eye-opener for anyone born and raised in the OC!

Bottom line. Those darn winters.

Fortitude. We all possess it one way or another, I suppose.
Gotta hand it to anyone who has to dig their vehicle out from under snow and ice, just to pick up a box of...anything.

but the day is coming where my lovey and I are going to flee somewhere where snowflakes never fall, and I don't think I'll be shedding a tear.

You are correct about Salem however:  A more picturesque town is hard to find, or a more historic one, for that matter
