Work out and Good diet!   Plenty of fruits and Vegetables.  No Burger King,  no fried foods and no deserts!

A lil lady from GA, cpl years ago, recommended that I give these things a go, and I have not looked back since getting the hang of them) Find a lady who uses them---Aria, or Julia, OR BOTH together and if you survive dancing with those STARS), you will not look back on those pinchy, sensation-killing torture hats) Don't forget the diet and exercise,and NO smoke, as previously suggested. Just watching your bud go cave diving without being wrapped in those tight blood-restricting medieval torture thangs is a sight to behold---after all, you know we guys are visual;P~~~

Need a lady's viewpoint

How about it ladies?  Can anyone offer an opinion?  Are the female condoms something you would consider?  Are they better for intimacy?  Thank you.

No need in being embarrassed.  

If you take vitamin "V" or any of the "big three" you can over do it and those little jewels will make you harder than a jackhammer bit but will also decrease sensitivity. Yep you read it right. Doctors also prescribe the little blue wonders for those who suffer from premature O's to DECREASE sensitivity.  

So if you are taking a pecker pill, before the big game, be careful or you will be going and going and going but not cuming or cuming or cuming. Take as small as amount as you can get by with.
