I have had so much dick in my mouth and have not once ever had an issue. Ever! Something I enjoy doing and I will deal with it accordingly if anything does happen. As in all things, calculate your risks and decide if it is worth it to you to engage. Psych yourself out with all the maybes and what ifs and just be content with jacking off at home. Nope can't even do that free and clear cuz the computer will catch a virus! Damned if you do and damned if you don't I guess...

I always have this question about  bbbj and std. I know that the chance is much lower than unprotected sex. Does anyone know the exact number? Particularly so many providers offer bbbj and even allow cum in mouth. Personally, I prefers bbbj over cbj. But the ignorance of the particular knowledge is still scary.

a 0.01% probability does not help you if you are the one in 10,000 who steps on the land mine.

This question has been asked many times before.

If a a carrier (80-90% of Americans carry hsv-1 or 2 though only 25-30% have experienced an outbreak) bbbj the chances of an std, specifically herpes is HUGE if the provider has a sore AND you have an injury or wound that has ruptured your mucous membrane or left your genital area susceptible you can be among the 40% of new HSV1 outbreaks in the genital area. Most pass along HSV1 through cold sores but the two areas of primary STD are the mouth and more frequently these days genitals. The good news, I've read through the cdc website and WebMD is genital herpes rarely recurs and diminishes if it does recur in the first 12 months. The bad news is your immune system is weaker and you better get use to a condom for the rest of your life. How you explain genital herpes to your wife is VERY simple. DONT EVER HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX WITH HER
btw if yu don't have an outbreak AND your hsv1 ( not 2 but hsv1 ) is genital it is much tougher to pass to someone. Go with the CBJ

If 80-90% of Americans are already infected with hsv-1 or 2 then why would any of us be worried, 80-90% of us already have it, including (likely) the OP

yeah, all greasy, all over my nose and chin, finger licking lusciousness. I'm all up in it like Yeezus. And don't give a fuck about STD risk. Cause pussy (ok, & ass) is so goooooooood to me. I only grub properly with the women who enjoy it and who are usually multi-O. And bro, the payback, jesus it's, well, a Golden Circle.

So I heartily encourage you to let your partners love your length without barriers. Let them love it with passion, pleasure, savory obsession. And enjoy (pleasure) them too, with thick tongue, moist lips and viscous saliva. Swallow too, but keep the eye contact. Payback awaits!

OK, yeah, there's a lot of yuckiness you could obsess about.

And then you'd be as miserable as the celibate.

And probably with the same overall practical level of risk.

With none of the benefits.

In this one sex act, risk is not merely relative.

It's......irrelevant.

Math doesn't lie.

and counting (and that's just counting my whoring days). So, uh, yeah, some pussies are stank, infected, boiling with boils. Some smell clean and are rotten.

I've just never had one.

Or a bad oyster.

Still slurpin'.

Thank you for being straightforward. I got experience of both bbbj and cbj. They gave me good stimulation both but I never cummed in the providers' mouth, which is reported to be the most risky form of oral sex. Thereby, I am surprised to learn that some providers are willing to allow that. Honestly, I believe it must feel awsome coz I prefer bbbj to cbj. However, I did have a couple of cold sore a long time ago (my partner did last winter) though I have never got a genital outbreak in my recollection. I am pretty sure that I am positive for the antibodies. Though I like the bbbj so much better, I better stick to the cbj.

It sounds like your "fears" may be more of a "guilty conscious."

I have a serious question for you.

If you are having sexual relations with more than one partner, why are you not actively getting tested?????

Then, and man.. Oh I am at a loss for emotion with this.. You admit to thinking you may possibly it's a chance that you have something because you saw bumps??? GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!

You can go to a gay and lesbian clinic walk on for free. Feel free to donate if you appreciate their services. You can be as freaking anonymous as possible! No one cares that you are there. They care that you are caring about the community and yourself!

And in all honesty.. If you're too nervous to go to a dr and get tested or you have some other reason, retire from the hobby, like, yesterday!

Cmon! I'm not thing to be a b!tch, but you're lack of concern for yourself is horrible and your lack of concern for everyone else is disgusting!

Then what can I do? I mean knowing I am positive but symptomless. On the other hand, 90% American are hsv positive and 60% of them are symptomless. I am sure you served guys with it wh do not know and there are providers positive providers.

sounds like projection. he got the germ and now everyone else must also have it. i love people who spout off medical advice and are too fucking stupid to take it themselves.

Most get herpes because someone is asymptomatic or may have as little as a sore in the mouth
or shedding without knowing they are a carrier. The math indicates 9 of 10 Americans are carriers or have been exposed and the virus has no cure.  "In between herpes outbreaks, the virus lies dormant (as if it is hibernating or sleeping) in nerve cells. While exposure to HSV-1 is extremely common -- as many as 90% of American adults have been exposed to the virus -- and there is no stigma to having a cold sore, HSV-2 or genital herpes can cause embarrassment. The only advice I gave was for the OP to go to a dr and get tested.

Anyone who has multiple partners owes it to themselves and the people they are being intimate with.

It amazes me how men will keep their car tuned up...
Check their pool levels all summer long...
Take care of their big boy tools...
Keep their lawn looking like a baseball field...

But they will not go to a dr to give a tiny sample of blood and urine to make sure they are healthy

Nothing like genital herpes from a bbbj. It's amazing what we take for granted then it happens.
HIV and HSV are just one letter apart. HSV stays with you forever. Try hiding these viruses and their blisters, sores and lesions from your spouse, freak out when your kids grab a drink from your glass and enjoy hiding the Valtrex which you'll take for a year as a suppressant. All it takes is a bj from a girl with a sore esp if you have a friction burn, pimple or the like and hello HELL. The OP has cause for concern and for the record I've had 100s of bbbj it takes only one

do what you want and don't worry about others. many of us have done this for years with no problems at all, and it's not herpes that is so prevalent idiot, it's HPV which is a totally different thing. just because someone has a cold sore on their lip does not mean they get genital outbreaks. it's not the same thing. 2 year olds have cold sores.

expertiamator344 reads

I did what I wanted for many years and it IS herpes that is more prevalent ( I refrain from calling you an idiot because you are indeed toofuckingstupid ) just go to the cdc for the math. 2 year old cold cores are more prevalent because the antibodies do not yet exist. But if your body is vulnerable due to fatigue, stress, injury and other proven conditions a blow job from someone with the virus who is shedding or has a sore easily leads to genital herpes. Today 35-40% of HSV1 is showing up in adults ( of course ) as genital rather than the more common lip or facial herpes simplex virus. You've been forewarned. Oh your IGM blood tests will always be negative until you show symptoms. So best of luck with bare back.

So, herpes and HIV.

Herpes is transmitted through skin to skin contact in the entire genital area (not just the penis and vagina, so wearing a condom is not 100% protection, although it's better than nothing).  The virus is shedding at skin level right before and during an outbreak.  Cold sores are an outbreak and can be passed to the genitals through skin to skin contact, in which it becomes a case of genital herpes.

Nothing is perfectly safe but based on  doctors involved in clinical practice your chances in getting a serious disease from oral sex are remote. There is NO evidence that you can get HIV.

Oral sex can usually be considered safe sex. There is a low risk for all STDs and virtually zero risk for some of them.  This has been discussed previously; please read the questions and replies in the threads linked below.
