Last week I went to a Bronx strip club during my lunch break. It's a place where the dancers are completely nude, which I understand is legal as long as alcohol is not served. There is a 2-soft-drink minimum, and they also serve food.

....it's very common for dancers to give out their phone numbers to customers in the hope that they will come back to the club to spend more money on them. Many strippers have their own burner phones just for customers. Ever heard the term "stripper shit"? That's what she is doing when she says that she'll meet you OTC. Odds are she has no intention of doing so. Oh it does happen...but not very often.
The only thing you don't know is whether she really wants to "hang out" and get to know each other (it is a small possibility and it does happen) or if she is just trying to get you to keep coming back to the club and spending money. (More likely and standard stripper behavior)
