I have a question

Does anyone asking these questions, have friends? People go to hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls for variety of reasons. Everyone you see and encounter in hotel lobby is not there for fucking someone.

By the way, unlike you, the hotel staff has a life outside of their work.  I travel hell of lot for work, some times I stay in the same hotel for weeks, if it is good one and close to work. The only thing, the hotel staff do is, either, Welcome Back or Good to see you again and let’s us know if we can do anything for you.

That is it.

Someone on the local boards asked if men stay away from women with too few pics.  I explained that it depends on the environment that I am meeting her in.  I said that I would prefer for her to have only a few pics if I am meeting her in a hotel because I would be afraid that hotel staff may recognize her if she have too many pics on the net. I would like to ask the ladies if they have ever been outed by hotel staff or hotel guests and asked to leave because of her pics on the net and what did you do?  Did you leave or finish your date?  Have you ever been asked by hotel managers to never return to their hotel?

Variations of this theme have been discussed here before.

First, many hotel staff know quite well what is going on but choose discretion because a paying guest is revenue. The only time they would have to intervene would be if another guest complained to the Front Desk.

Second, even if they wanted to unilaterally do something, the burden of proof is on them. Can you imagine the lawsuits?

I have absolutely zero anxiety about the lady in question being recognized by the staff.

I totally agree with you OLT. I will relate an recent incident though. I was in a city well known for it's resorts and number of out of town visitors, not Vegas, and was staying at one of the resorts that was new to me. Contacted a woman I'd seen before, she attempted to talk me into coming to see her vs an outcall. That didn't work for me that evening so she agreed to come over.
We met for a drink in the bar and then proceeded to BCD. Awhile later I was pouring some more wine as she reclined in bliss and she said "Baby, I almost refused to come here tonight." But I'm so glad I did!" :>)
When I inquired as to why, she said that she was concerned that she might be in the resorts book. I asked what she was referring to and she claimed that is was well known that some of the resorts keep a book with hookers photos at the front desk. Her website and P411 page clearly show her beautiful face. Ensued was a conversation about whether she was simply being paranoid, my belief, and to what purposes such a book might be used. Won't iterate all of that. I continue to believe it's a hooker's equivalent of an urban legend, but who knows? Maybe next time I'm there, resort was worth a repeat, I'll ask the front desk guy to let me see "the book" because I've got an itch. LMAO

Once I used a hotel only about a mile from my house to host a date.  I get to the check-in counter and the guy behind it is a guy I have known for over 10 years from another business that I used to use and where he also worked. I say WTF to myself.  This guy knew all of my personal info like address, phone, and the likes. I mean all of the goodies.  Everything!  This hotel was a known hooker hangout.  he politely smiled at me and said have a nice evening Mr. Moore.LOL Needless to say my evening was shot and I was busted!

Some have said they travel a lot and spend time in the same hotel.. Great, but if you register and provide a DL, then wouldn't it be suspect if a person with a local address routinely checked-in (every week or two)?

I did provide a room once, at a local hotel (same hotel I saw a different provider in... LOL) and they did comment that I was local... I said I was paying for the room for visiting family.

I see one provider who routinely stays at the same hotel. I was somewhat nervous my first time visiting her, but also have lingering angst because the front desk may make a connection between her checking in and me coming by the front desk shortly after she checks in. Or if they suspect her, then seeing a "Regular" everytime she is in the hotel.

Really? You visit a provider at her hotel and stop by the front desk to ask.. "How do I get to room 314" or maybe you ask "What room is that hooker in and how do I get to it?

When a strangers as a desk clerk get nosy, I simply ignore. I have stayed in  many local hotels when I am attending company meetings in them.

If they don't want my business, they can tell me.

As for being local, do you have any idea how many people are cheating on their spouses WITHOUT calling a hooker? Except where there are complaints about traffic, or is LE is giving a hotel pressure to "clean up their act" the people behind are NOT the morality police. They simply don't care what you are doing or who you are screwing as long as you don't make their life difficult.

Stop thinking that everybody cares what you are up to, you just aren't really that important to them.

I agree Gambler, said as much in my first post in reply to OLT. Then a lady brought up the fact that the hotel where she once worked did in fact keep a "book". That prompted some other replies. I believe it also brings up some interesting issues, to me anyway, regarding liability for a hotel doing such a thing, personal privacy etc. Surely a more interesting, thought provoking thread than whether someone has ever been surprised getting "chocolate dick" after anal, no?? LMAO

Now for the ladies it could be an issue if she is outed as a hooker because she could be kicked out of the hotel, but for the guys "why all the angst?

Lets suppose a nosy desk clerk figures out you are there to see a hooker, just what the fuck can he do with the information that can actually harm you? He can't arrest you, and even if he calls LE, what are they going to do? Kick the door in??? Ok let's say they bust into the room and catch you "in the act" Now what are they going to do? It's not illegal to have sex, it's not even illegal to have sex with a known hooker, what is illegal is paying her to have sex with you. Unless one or both of you are complete morons, LE still has NOTHING. So I repeat, why are guys so fucking scared that someone is going to figure out you are there to fuck a hooker?

Now being a bit discrete for the sake of the lady you are there to see is an entirely different matter, and you should respect the fact that she is much more vulnerable than you, but all this crap about sneaking around hotels pretending to have legitimate business there is going make you look a lot guiltier that simply walking around the joint like you own it.

and for the record, I completely skipped the "chocolate dick" thread.
