After a short time here, I have discovered I really enjoy reading their posts. Wether to laugh, become informed, maybe they have an interesting perspective, or have an opinion on everything.  

Anyone care to share their must read posters or posters you enjoy, I need more reading material!

I will start:

Swimtrekr - newbie (very informative)
AlexandraMilw - newbie/general (interesting perspective)
Anonymousfun - general (absolutely for laughs, he can't be serious)

Both Swimtrekr and xyz23 are very informative and I enjoy reading their responses.

There are a number of ladies whose posts I enjoy and some of them are:
hbyist+truth, London Rayne, Lowpaw; AlexandraMilw  and Tobi Telford. There are a number of others as well.

One of more funnier posters as of late has been the TER Admin

I pretty well enjoy almost everyone's posts. I even like most of AnonymousFun's posts. He's my favorite to argue with :D

I agree with HappyCamper, but to add a few more frequent, long time posters (beyond who you mentioned):

Nicky, GaGambler, Blaze, PerfectStorm when he is being sarcastic!, Big Papa, Alexandra Kole, JCA, another guy I am not sure if I can name him? He posts A LOT and likes Jeopardy lol....  

 
RT !!! haha! I wish his lazy butt would post more.

I love it when people are blunt and come off as intelligent. We all have our own personalities and even the grumpy or asshole ones add some flavor for the far too nice posters.

I tend to like the ladies who actually post what they are thinking (alias or no alias) vs the ones who are always trying to come off sweet as can be.

I am enjoying some of the new faces too.

It would be much easier if I could name off the few who I am not much of a fan of their posts, but I shall keep that a secret!

Fish makes us all better, which admittedly is not easy to do.  Lopaw keeps it real, which is kind of hard to do in fantasy land.

What a great thread!  I've only been on here for a few days yet, so I don't have any favorites per se.  But at least now I have an idea of whose responses I should read first!

Haha thank you! And I actually have been there! I got lucky when a friend landed a job in the kitchen right out of culinary school.  He scored reservations for about 6 of us a few months after he started working.  Talk about an unforgettable experience...
