Hi folks, I am a blind guy from north Cal. Recently moved here from the UK. Whenever I needed some TLC, I would take a direct flight from London to Bangkok and let the ladies take care of me there for a week or so. Unfortunately, I don't have enough vacation time here in the States and Thailand is also too far. So I am thinking of finding closer locations for a weekend getaway. Are the ladies in TJ any good at spending longer time? Also I hear a lot of interesting things about safety in TJ and so on. None of my friends have the habit and so I am unfortunately on my own here. Any pointers and recommendations are greatly appreciated.
In terms of being blind, I can't imagine TJ being very accommodating. In fact, I can only imagine the waiters at the big clubs will attempt to take advantage of your situation. That being said, if you're used to other international monger destinations, you'll probably be fine, but TJ may be a bit of a let down, as I've heard Thailand is far superior in almost every way. The girls in TJ are more likely to provide a rushed service. An extended session, more than a few hours isn't as common in TJ as it is in Thailand, so expect to pay a little extra. Anyway, google TJ Amigos...that site has all of the info you'll ever need about TJ.

For someone in your situation, I would absolutely recommend hiring an escort. Until you feel more comfortable, use either cumintj or Mexico Lindo Bar (MLB) because their bookers speak fluent English and will go out of their way to ensure everything works out well for you. Aside from all of that, escorts at both of these agencies will provide GFE. While many girls in the clubs provide GFE and beyond, you typically have to work to find someone who will agree to it all. My best guess is that in most places you aren't at risk for being mugged; however, scamming and short changing tourists is all too common in Tijuana so such things may create problems for you.
I have often posted that your greatest danger in Tijuana is tripping and falling. The reason is the state of disrepair of the sidewalks--so be careful.
I strongly advise you to see escorts. The top tier escort agencies (in alphabetical order) are Cumintj.com, HotTijuana.com, and MexicoLindoBar.com. All will provide you with good service and none (I believe) would take advantage of your limitations.
In your case Mexico Lindo Bar might be the best choice. A few of the escorts that work for both CuminTJ and HotTijuana have their own cars which might be helpful. Whereas Mexico Lindo Bar has its own taxi drivers which I think might be of greater benefit to you than an escort with her own car because MLB is in a position to help you safely tour the city in your "down time." Also Mexico Lindo Bar has on occasion arranged to have clients picked up in the United States and taken to their destination in Tijuana. Although this service is somewhat expensive it might be preferable to weaving the maze of streets and lines that are necessary to enter Mexico, find a cab, and get to your destination.
