A number of women offer pool time rates - meaning lower rates for time to sit by the pool, go to a concert, etc. fun stuff that doesn't include sex, so it's not unheard of.
I reckon I got no reason to pay someone to watch a movie with me, UMMMMMMMMMM, HMMMMMMMMMM.
And their really wasn't any negotiation. Here's how it works in my world, anyway, and I've done this with a few different ladies I've known: If there's something we both want to do, or she has mentioned, or I'd like to do with her, I'll offer $Y for BCD time as usual or $X for 'date night' where we'd go to a movie we wanted to see (or concert, or dinner, or hockey game) and after the movie etc. she'd come back to my room with me totally on her terms for as much or as little BCD time as she wanted and leave whenever - no questions asked.
Since we'd know each other really well the amount of playtime has always been just right (well, except for this one time... but we won't get into that lol). Sometimes an hour,sometimes a half hour, sometimes 5 hours, on one occasion overnight. But it's always up to her and it was always the cherry on top of the sundae.
So it's up to her as to what she wants the night to be; they could always say 'no' to date night... but no one has. I hope this helps.

With an ATF, on a dinner and dessert rate, saw a show and had fun together. Rate was non-negotiable, but she was fun to take to a show! Movie, you may wish to offer a OTC or discount, especially since you wish to see the movie. Who buys the tickets, popcorn, etc.
Wants to go to a movie and she does NOT want to see it, she can charge her normal rate? If I had to sit through something I did not want to see, I would decline the movie offer, just fuck and go see a movie of my choice with my friends.

It's because I've only done it with my regular favorites. Easy to see why:
1) we already hit it off well and got along fabulously
2) we both understood beforehand that this was going to be purely for enjoyment and companionship
3) they understood that their reward was in my continuing business on a regular basis.
As a matter of principle I would not be so "desperate" for companionship that I have to PAY somebody so that I can treat them to nice movie, dinner, etc...
That's what separates the regular favorites that receive the best treatment possible from me versus the one-and-done rent-a-pussy.

There is a great movie theater near the hotel I often stay at in Shenzhen. A movie in Chinese with English subtitles is a lot of fun along with a Chinese-speaking date. Logistically we had sex before dinner, went to dinner and then walked to the movie, played a little pocket-pool in the theater, walked around the city, had dessert at a night market, and then had more terrific sex late into the night, and then again in the morning before and after breakfast. We played by the pool much of the next day, drank far too much, had more sex, went to dinner and then dancing, and then had more sex much of the night and in the morning. We had a terrific breakfast, and then departed by train for Guangzhou, where she lives and I where was travelling for work. We met a few other nights that week, and then later again the next 2 years in a few other cities, including Hong Kong. She is a doctor now. If memory serves, that weekend cost me perhaps 5,000 RMB... at the time about $700 US. (This was not our first meeting, BTW.

We don' do the "hourly rate" deal.... but for a football game + "usual date" we'll spend close to 4-5 hours together andI give for 800, whereas our usual 60-90 min. date is 500 for example. Movies are similar

Yes, I love to socialize with providers. Often, if you see them regularly and it is a long date, these things can be worked out to the satisfaction of all.
In fact, just last night, one gal took me to a club and had me dancing, something I haven't done in ages.
The only drawback was that one person figured I was the father of one of the band members.
