It's not easy to figure out the desired tone of a rp. There are as many different ways of doing each rp as there are combinations of people. I'm stealing this saying from someone else: "One person's BDSM is another person's GFE", it's so true. It's "safe" to err on the side of "GFE" for GFE providers. And GFE hobbyists who go see pro-Dommes can get a session that's way too severe. If you guys let your provider know what you want, and encourage her along the way when she gets it right, you can guide her down the right path.
You can also give her clues by saying phrases that you want to hear from her, for example, "Does mommy like it when my little cock gets hard"? She should pick up on that and say, "Mommy likes it when your little cock gets hard", hopefully more than once and with variations on this theme, since it's obviously what you are looking for. Let her know what you're looking for on an ongoing basis.
It's comfortable for ladies who are primarily GFE providers to slip back into that and stay there, just like what happened to you. And honestly, once the rp gets to the sex part, there's not that much "rp" involved a lot of times. It's just sex at that point. If you were being forced to have sex with your boss, you'd still just be fucking right now. If you see this happening and you have an idea of what is missing and what could make it better, take control of your session and throw out some of those key phrases to help get her understand what you want. "I like it when you push me down and use me like the slut I am", "I won't use my hands if you don't want me to"... "Since I can't hold still like I should, if you want to restrain me, you can"..."I told you to keep your tongue out at all times"... "If you don't come in two minutes I will punish you"..."I'm thirsty. Maybe Professor will share her golden nectar with me"?..."Slap my face".
Most experienced, well-reviewed providers are not only capable of providing a decent rp with the right guidance, but they really want to give you what you want, too.
I know you only asked who is good at it. I wanted to give anyone who might be interested some tools to help control their sessions, by helping providers give them what they want by giving us clues and cues.
