R of AZhotties is my kinda talker. She's been talking my ear off for over a year now(lol).  
1. as long as we're not into the action part, talking can talk place
2. about anything and everything
3. personal stuff is fine (more GFEish)
4. before, after
5. as long as I get good advise it's a good session, lol

Most of us have heard the old joke,"What is the four letter word for intercourse?.......talk." What about talk during sessions? On one end of the talk continuum there is the verbose, garrulous provider. Rebecca of AZHotties comes to mind. At the other end of this spectrum is the laconic,terse provider. Aimee is a good example. I prefer the laconic type, but I am sure other guys enjoy the garrulous type. Several questions come to mind:
1. What is the quantity of talk that guys prefer? Ladies prefer?
2. What kinds of talk are enjoyable? Not enjoyable?
3. Do guys and ladies avoid or bring up personal issues and personal problems during talk?
4. Do folks prefer most of the talk to take place at the beginning of the session before the guy "gets comfortable"?
5. When does the session turn into a counseling episode?

Over analyzing? I think that different people like different things. I talk a lot but not as much during the playtime. I do talk if it is fun words. Me myself I don't like degrading talk, but love some dirty talk. I have also been a counselor at times but try not to be. I like discussing good things and even if I might be experiencing some not perfect things at the time I do not complain about my life. I would rather do that on the public boards;) Just kidding. Why dont' you tell us what it is that you like? I would love to know. That way I will know if you like dirty talk when I am sitting on you;)

Good call Donna. I think (and this is my personal opinion) that most providers are simular to counselors. You can say things to a provider you can't or don't want to say to people that you know. Also it's good to get to know the lady you are going to be with & to let her know you a little better. I know sometimes its good to get things off your chest (and not only your clothes. LOL). The dirty talking thing...(this is my personal opinion again) I just can't get into it. I think I'm gonna cross the line & say something stupid or sick. But if anyone would like to teach me I'm allways up for a lesson. Hehehe
