Here's what I mean:
Sometimes I'll have a week or thereabouts where I meet multiple gentlemen of a certain type, mainly those types that I personally only encounter once in a while.
Recent "themes"....
I don't usually get many men with a foot/shoe fetish but I recently met three in just one week. Fun, but odd to get 'em in a cluster like that.
Most of my clients are between the ages of 50-65.... one week, in which I entertained at least one person each day, I didn't meet anyone under 70.
From time to time I'll have a week where EVERYONE makes very specific clothing/lingerie requests.
This week was interesting: physical anomolies week! Had a few new clients this week who had some very distinguishing features: 3 nipples, caved-in chest, penile trauma, and undescended testicle.
Often, these themes/trends come in 3s (pun not intended lol) but sometimes more.... just makes ya go: hmmmmm! 
Anyone else notice these sorts of trends?

Have not really noticed themes in the past, but there have been times when every guy who contacted me was huffing paint or something because they did not want to screen, or all of a sudden they left reading comprehension in the back seat and a slew would come through all asking "Do you offer an hour?"
I never really worked on a regular, daily or weekly basis so it's hard to tell. I could have a free week where I was able to see as many as 3 clients and then go 2 months where I was too busy doing other things to be able to work as LR.
In 2008, I noticed the trends but I was pretty much full-time back then. Those trends were more related to guys canceling in certain cities or certain times, guys tipping in certain cities, guys who would daty more, etc. Never saw a slew of odd requests all at once, but I have certainly had them.
...I cum in a condom. Maybe there's a brand of condoms called "bunches" that I don't know about?
