The ladies generally respond more favorably when you are visiting them (incall) if you dress business casual.  When they are visiting you for an outcall, regular casual (jeans, golf shirt) works just as well.

At M&G's, I've found that more formal attire (including suits) is the best approach...more flirting during the event, better chance of not leaving there alone

Business causal. Nekkid women are sexy; naked men are...not.

They've likely seen it all so it's not like a naked man would be shocking, but I can't help think that the first time you meet someone it should start with an introduction instead of "look at my dick!"

Freshly showered, wearing a robe or with towel wrapped around, that might be a good compromise.  If you do the towel thing, don't wear the wet one but swap it for a dry one first.

Always something clean, pressed, and neat.  I try to be respectful and look decent.  

In terms of formality, there is a range from dark suit to khakis and a blazer to silk shorts and a Hawaiian shirt in the heat of summer.  I try to dress compatibly with what I hope the woman will wear.

And that makes sense considering how much attention gals give to their shoes.  

So, while always dress presentably, I give the shoes extra attention also.  

One gal quipped that the shoes need to be made of something that had parents.
