Every review I've seen from their girls is stellar, but I've been working for months to get "approved" through them.
Sent references, my user ID here on ter, and even my company information, but I keep getting put on the back burner somehow.
Has anyone else had trouble with them in the past?

Yes, I've tried three time and just thought the site was down or they didn't like my application.
Their site has been down for some time. Don't know if they have a new one. Tried them once but I think SDAG is better.
Not sure how I first got through the door. I remember giving work info to an agency and it might have been them. I was white listed too, which helped. And I use another website which TER won't let me name, but that also had a verification process. All I know is, once you're in, you're in. It might be worthwhile establishing a record with another AA and then trying once you have a history.

Why do you like Asian agency?
Are they just more reliable, pretty, or maybe the lack of communication may make things more comptorable?
I just have always wondered why someone would rather do than someone independent.

I have always found SD Asian girls to be attractive, clean, eager to please, and offer great services.
When I go there, I know what I will get with no hassle. Read their reviews and you will understand why many guys
prefer them to independent girls.

I don't care if it's all fake or real or a combination of both, but they take care of your needs as soon as you get inside the door and they always try and provide or make the attempt at a 2nd pop.

Obviously it's fun to get to know a new provider and chit chat and get comfortable, but there is never the "eager to please" mentality or session when I've scheduled with the 500hr independent provider. They are kind and courteous and personable, but they have all seemed to be happy or content with providing just one pop for the session. There is also the budget factor as to what people can afford or are willing to risk spending.
As stated: the guy generally knows what to expect... a obedient concubine who may or may not actually be doing this willingly. And who is likely seeing not just multiple dates per day but many many dates per day. If you notice when a new girl starts being offered about 10 reviews will come up in the first week or two.

I have to say that I have used this agency and never once have I gotten the impression that the girls are doing this unwillingly. If I did, I wouldn't go back. I have spoken with more than one that told me excitedly that they would be off for some time because they are going home for a couple of weeks. Some seem more willing to please than others but that is no different than any other companion. I have my favorites there and they are not always the prettiest of them (though some are and some are quite pretty). I think they are doing what they doing just like other providers, they have a talent that they want to exploit to give them a "leg up" (pardon the pun) in life so hopefully they will do so. I always tip them, always. The agency even recommends tipping them rather than bringing them gifts. They are always grateful for the tip and I actually had one tell me to "save my money." By the way that one is my favorite and I go back to her even though she isn't the prettiest one of their rotation.
I do have to say that the language divide can detract from the session. I have to work very hard to understand them sometimes (some are better than others but all of them are trying very hard to learn English. While I still plan to use this agency again, especially when they have girls in that I know and enjoy their company, I decided to stop lurking on here and actually be more of a contributor on here (posts here and reviews as well). While I may not be a "known entity" here I have been in the hobby for nearly 20 years.

I'm sure the hourly donation has something to do with it too. If you're into Asian girls, GFE, and variety (as these places seem to have a revolving door of girls) and don't mind a higher volume provider (my assumption), what's not to love?
I personally find Asian women to be very sexy, so it's not that I'm inquiring about
the "allure" of it. It's simply, I'm aware that several agencies' donation offerings
are considerably more then your "well-reviewed" independent Asian provider.

I like variety to be honest. I like to feel safe when I go to an appointment (yes, us hobbyists can feel some anxiety about a new encounter as well). If I didn't want variety I would get married. Been there, done that, twice. During both of those relationships I was faithful (it was the first divorce that sent me into the hobby). Now I know I don't want to see "strike 3" so I feel free to explore many different relationships even if they are of the short term variety.

We don't have a ton of independent asians so these agency groups really assist those guys who like the asian look
It's probably the business model of knowing what to expect. They all pretty much have the same repertoire.
And the variety of gals coming through as mentioned in a previous post. Personally, I like to connect so I'm not into seeing gals that speak little to no English.
But I can see the allure.
Here are a few reasons why I use Asian Agencies:
1) Once you get "in", they will give references to other Asian Agencies
2) No need to continually give references for someone I would like to see. This is true for all agencies, not only Asian
3) Prompt text responses
4) If my first choice is unavailable at the time I am, they will tell me who is.
4a) My availability leans towards more spare of the moment type appointments which they can acommodate
4b) There is almost always someone available at any given time of day
5) The incall locations are close to my work or home
6) No surprises as to what service I will receive
7) I have never met a rude or mean provider
8) I have actually learned a new language because of them
I do not use these agencies exclusively, especially if I can plan out an appointment a few days in advance.
$260/hr, MSOG, GORGEOUS Asians, attentive, no attitude, always on-time, no tattoos, respectful, clean. Need I say more?
Why do I sometimes frequent Asian Agencies? The pros are that the service is usually exceptional from updates by the booker to the attention of the provider. They are "trained" or at least follow a general script. Hence there are no surprises like "I don't do that" or "that's going to be more", so no upsell or hidden costs. They are usually attractive - the pics may not be "real" but you'll get someone who looks pretty much like that. They are universally in great shape. They are really focused on you - folding your clothes, kissing, massaging, etc. They are well groomed and clean - I particularly love the shower routine. Their rates are reasonable. They really seem to want to please and make you, their client, happy. And I really love Asians - but that's another story.
The cons: here today, gone tomorrow. I've had some fantastic experiences, but sadly I can probably never see the provider again and develop a long standing relationship. There's little room for negotiation. Some of my non-Asian faves here in SD will offer specials or work out a mutually agreeable arrangement from time to time. That doesn't really happen with Agencies. Name changes: its hard to track a provider who pops up in different cities. Language barrier: not as insurmountable as it might seem at first, but on occasion it would be great to chat. Health issues: how "high volume" are they? Its hard to say, but lets face it, compared to the majority of the population we are all - hobbyists and providers of whatever race - high volume.
Of course all this doesn't mean I don't see sweet brunettes or hot blondes

For the price, we can see a K-Girl who is on par with any lady here in terms of looks and performance. Still, I will say that I am floored by the charm and wit of our SD American Ladies. It is a bonus when I can a conversation with a young lady and we click. It's rare, but it happens.
Now, for me the BEST bargain are the Latinas in TJ. I speak Spanish so communication isn't a problem. I can arrange a 3-some or an overnight for the price some of our top 10 charge for an hour. And some ladies are Model Material in every sense of the word. Keep this secret between us though or more people will be trekking down to my favorite watering hole
I can't agree more with your comment about TJ. It's amazing. Those who haven't been have no idea what they are missing. Those l who are too afraid to cross the boarder don't realize how easy and safe the agencies make the process. I'm not cheap and don't mind spending money on a date if it's worth it, but once you discover TJ, it's hard to look at the SD scene the same again.

I've seen about a dozen of these asian agency girls over the years (split among a couple of agencies). While there is a general script, I think they all provided different experiences (at least in my head). While I very much like independent ladies too, when I am on a strict time schedule I will almost always go with the asian agency ladies. I have never once started late or ended early/late. The worst experience I ever had at one of these agencies was still quite fun.
That being said, if I am not tight on time I do prefer to see some of the higher rated local independent ladies. You will get more variety in looks, body types, personalities, and connections. My experience with non agency ladies, however, has resulted in about half of the dates having issues with starting/ending on time or other communication issues.
From a hobbyist perspective, SDAG is the king of convenience. They reply quickly and are always available. I have not had a single bad experience with them.
Recently the one independent provider I did see regularly retired. I began contacting two other highly reviewed independent providers and for whatever reason they either took a while to reply or quit replying all together. Now I do not know what the circumstances are on their end but it is very discouraging especially when you I have access to SDAG. I would like find a new independent provider but it has proven to be difficult.

Tung - Spot - On! I couldnt agree more. I beleive that over the next year (give or take a couple months) that many of the higher priced, "review-extracting" providers will need to supplement their income as there are more and more ladies willing to work with the hobbyist population. While the Asians may not see only one "lover" per day, I would gladly take them over some brooding, money grubing, have to be in the spotlight girl with a "tude" any day
