TER General Board

Panama is great, but of the three countries you mention Panama is the most expensive

Still a bargain by US standards, but much more expensive than the DR, and about 50% higher than nearby Costa Rica. On the positive side, there are a LOT of Colombianas working in Panama, One of the best places to find them is the Club Havana, right across the street from the Marriott, but be warned, don't try to bring one home with you if you are staying at the Marriott, they have a "no puta" policy there. Stay at the Veneto, less than a half mile away, and with a lot of chicas working there as well.

I'll be travelling to Puerto Rico soon and would appreciate any advice on hobbying there such as where to find provider, reducing risk of LE, etc.  The local BP board there is pretty scant and I'm a little less savvy about hobbying there than in the states

And I am quite sure that prostitution is illegal there. With no TER presence and BP being scant, all you can do is go with word of mouth.

If I were you, and had the luxury of time, I would just hop over to neighboring Dominican Republic and enjoy some legal pussy.

I did my research on places to go outside of the US. Puerto Rico was one of the places where prostitution is still illegal. Also, it is as high priced as New York with the same law enforcement problems. Places like Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Panama is where prostitution is legal and much less expensive than the states. I just read up on Panama and it not only seems like a great place to spend a vacation, modern and fairly safe, the prevalence of available girls is off the charts.

BTW, Panama is one of the few countries that actually use US Dollar straight up and you don't have to exchange it for local currency.

But with the exchange rate the way it is, it's smarter to use your ATM card to get colones.

...but if his handle is any indication, he is certainly a fan of Puerto Rican women.
