I am no expert, but I consider myself a "consumer" that has viewed a few sites in my time. My preferences:
Do's:
Easy navigation - Place links in plain site, together on the left hand side. Try to have links to every other page on each page in your site.
Include a gallery page, rates, contact info, and any other info needed by you in order to book an appt.
Make the site pleasant on the eyes. Easy to read. make sure the background color is in clear contrast to the text.
Try to "test" the site loading, formatting, etc, on various versions of both Netscape adn IE. Sometimes a site will load diferently depending on the browser type and version.
Don'ts:
No trailing cursors!
If you have Flash on the site, give an opportunity to bypass or stop it.
Don't have alot of things moving across the page. Animation should be simple and tasteful. The dripping rose you have is nice and the scripting name is fine.
No Pop-ups, if you can avoid it
Keep any ads clearly away from your own content.

Thanks guys, the only links that work right now are the contact me and the rates page...I will add my pics soon along with the rest....as far as the animation goes, I just learned it,and am testing new things....hopefully by the time i'm done it will be an eye pleasing site...Thanks again!
