I hope this new exercise craze hits the gym near me soon.

A little bit of this in the weight room and the memberships will sell like hotcakes. Waiting lines for the best viewing locations. Can you imagine the infomercial??

I'm all for kegel exercises and have been the recipient of the benefits of them many times.
But I never want to meet the female version of Ivan Drago that has something to prove.
