Gentlemen. Are you willing to pay 300 or more to providers not listed on TER? Is it fair to say that if a provider isn't listed on TER you want schedule a date with her.
I find myself hesitant to see providers not on TER.

I've met several women who had no reviews and were not found on TER. Made me research them harder to make sure they were legit. Of those, I'd say a couple weren't for me. A few I saw repeatedly because of the physical chemistry
While TER is my main go to site for research, it is not the only game in town. You could be missing out as there are some fine gals without reviews here... but are well reviewed on other sites.
Also, some ladies have a NRP (no review policy). I've seen a couple of them that were verified on P411... so while I was taking some risk, it was justified in my opinion. In both cases we had a great time and I've repeated with one of them multiple times.

I may be wrong... but I believe P411 requires x amount of reviews on a reputable site in order to be a provider on there. I am not even sure if they accept any other review sites but TER to open an account. I know when I signed up years ago, my only option was TER reviews and they checked that it was guys who had several other reviews. Of course I am in different area and that may be why it was only TER.
The OP said if she had no reviews anywhere... then I'd pass if it was my money, unless you can back channel the information. Some review sites are not legit and do not have as many (safer) guards as TER does for phony reviews. Not saying TER is perfect but at least it takes a little effort to abuse the system.
I know one review site that is ridden with phony reviews and spam bot reviews (to force ladies and gents to pay to view the bs, non hobby related reviews. Doesn't even have anything to do with reviewing the girl BTW). Many of us ladies have had to complain multiple times just to get our profile removed. VERY bad site. TER might be the biggest, and arguably the best review site out there, but hardly the only one.
Also providers can get accepted on P411 without reviews anywhere, the same as hobbyists can get screened without references. I see providers all the time on P411 without a single review, and so far I have been rather pleased with the results.

P411 accepts reviews from many review sites, and accepts providers with no reviews, if they are verified by a P411 member in good standing.

It sounds like your main objection is price. In other words, your post implies that if the price is right - then OK.
All I can say about that is that discount seafood is not worth any amount of money. It may get you sick and you may want to die...
If you think she's worth seeing, then pay the freight. If you don't then don't. But don't go looking for bargains with seafood or pussy. It ain't worth it...

I don't have a problem with price. My problem is with fake pictures and poor performance. I would say that performance means the most to me and TER offer some kind of information. This is why I prefer to see someone that has good reviews.
You're right about seafood, but I have an allergy to the stuff.
While he threw out the 300 dollar figure, I think his post is all about seeing TER reviewed ladies vs non TER reviewed ladies, not about a dollar amount.
TER is a great resource for this hobby, but far from the only resource. I have seen and will continue to see many ladies not on TER.
To book, not book is your choice. I have seen plenty of providers not on TER and if you know how to do your research, it is not an issue.

UTR providers don't have reviews ads or websites. (At least not publicly accessible).you meet UTR ladies by referrals usually.
As to your other question on how to research non TER ladies, yes googling phone numbers is one step. You can also googke names, email addresses, and other things you might find in their ads. You can also use google image search on their photos. Check other review sites. Yes TER is not the only review site out there. They are the biggest, but in some cities they are not used very much. We can't mention ither review sites here but they exist. As some have said, use P411. While finding a lady on P411 with no reviews will not tell you about ger performance or what you can expect behind closed doors, you can at least be relstively sure she is a legit provider if she is on p411. You can also meet non TER provisers through referrals by other providers or hobbyists.
In any case, your question was would I see a non TER lady? My answer is Fuck Yeah! Do you have to see non TER providers? Fuck no! Not if you don't want to. Do what you are comfortable doing. If you are only comfortable seeing TER reviewed providers there is nothing wrong with that. Everyone has different experiences, backgrounds and risk tolerance levels. Do what works for you. This hobby is supposed to be fun!
