Using you logic, every time someone reviews a $200 provider they are disrespecting a $600 one
Even though my Spanish vocabulary is limited to about 10 random words, it didn't stop me from having a really good time. Went out on Saturday evening, parked the car near the border and walked over. Then took a cab to HK. Also visited Addelitas nearby. For $10 was able to "fondle" 10 really pretty girls. Then took one upstairs. The entire trip including the driving took 4.5 hours (no lines anywhere) and cost including the fun, hotel, cab, tips and drink exactly $140. Also felt very safe. Both clubs were filled with Americans. 
The more I think about it, a trip to TJ has the advantage of a M&G (look before you buy) + immediate fun "upstairs."
I'm too scared to go over for a look around! I've watched too many scary American movies I think.
Ah, no. Just the parking lot on US side where I left my car and the Mexican cabs on the other side. Then it's about a 10 minute ride to the area where the clubs are which are within walking distance of each other. Compared to SD, TJ is like a different world altogether. Certainly worth a visit even for a non-hobbyist. Prices are amazing. I heard that a lot of people from US go for dental work and other medical procedures there for just a fraction of a cost here. Several dental clinics are right across the border.
No disrespect intended to the OP, however, I think this thread should be moved to the Tijuana Regional Board.
One look at my reviews and you'll see that I frequent TJ often and love it.
Nevertheless, it's my opinion that this thread disrespects our lovely San Diego providers and the ladies that visit us.
These are two different worlds that happen to be geographically close. Let's keep them separate!

because I didn't realize there was a Tijuana one. But what does it have to do with respect or lack thereof? A lot of people are curious about what's it like in TJ. So I described my experience. It is what it is. I am not making any recommendations

Great report! I don't get why this could disrespect a provider in any way? I guess we should stop discussing rates in our reviews for now on.
As I'm sure you know, members and providers here will always get angry when someone mentions TJ.
My only caveat with your report is that you could have easily completed your trip in well under $100, or at least seen multiple girls (three or four) for what you paid.
To save money next time, convert your dollars into pesos before crossing the boarder. Always pay in pesos in TJ. Otherwise, you may find yourself paying a gringo tax.
Many of these local boards are dead. If I live in north SD then TJ, OC IE are all within an hour or so. Why not share info regarding all four markets?
I honestly don't think it will negatively impact local business. Lot's of hassles to traveling, especially south of the border, but it could broaden the overall monger market, which is a good thing.
Also, it's not disrespectful to local girls any more than a monger inquiring about low-priced BJs or debating FBSM vs. FS. There's something for every taste and every budget.
TJ is so accessible, it's honestly no different for me to cross the boarder than it is to see a provider in Chula Vista. People here seem to think there are massive lines on both sides of the border. With a Global Entry card, THERE ARE NO LINES!

It would be so much more convenient (and encourage me to visit this site much more) if they were all nearly organized on the same page. Unfortunately, I think too many people in San Diego would get butthurt if TER did this.

How much does a global entry card cost and how long does it take to get? Is it a complicated process?

I think it was $100. The process was a breeze, but may take a few months for them to process the paperwork.
