IMO a provider without condoms is like a fireman without a hose.  How do you expect to perform your job without the proper equipment?  In other words, no, it is not common.  But I always like to be prepared anyway.  

Providers without covers are absolutely NOT the norm in SD. Never run into that situation with any while hobbying here.

I know some guys bring some just in case ladies run out or if they have a brand they like but asking the guy to supply them all the time seems a little weird to me! But everyone has their way of doing things and if it's not a deal breaker why not check it out? Might just be exactly what you need!

I copied and pasted my etiquette page from another site when I first started and changed a few things.  I thought it was good about pointing out some common errors people make, and good about explaining the difference between escorts and hookers, legally speaking.  It's been on my site for about 7 years.

I've NEVER been without condoms (regular and magnum for sure, and usually I have female condoms, too), though I've had a few clients show up with them after reading my etiquette page.  Just so everyone knows, I don't agree with that part of my etiquette page, I intend to change it, and a lot of people have questioned that over the years.  I would never rely on a client to bring condoms.  Nor would I ask them to bring condoms, because that implies an act of prostitution is going to take place.  

I know it says on my etiquette page that by law providers can't bring condoms.  I'm pretty sure I borrowed this etiquette page from an escort agency website in the first place.  Maybe the author was talking about licensed escorts, I don't know.    I wondered about that part of it, myself, even when I was very new.  Because, even though I'm selling my time, not sex acts, it's normal for single women to carry condoms in their purses, I would think.  For personal use, not necessarily for the upcoming appointment.  So, I don't see how that could be used to make a case against someone.  

My attorney did warn against saying or doing anything that implies that the appointment is going to include sex.  For example, if LE asks, "Do you have magnum condoms or should I pick some up"?  We think he's implying that he's extra large, so maybe he should pick up some extra large condoms.  If the lady says either, "Yes, pick some up", or "No, I already have some"...either of these answers can be used as evidence that an act of prostitution will be taking place.   My attorney said this is a common way to get someone for prostitution instead of escorting without a license.  He even told me one time two ladies sat in a bar with LE for more than an hour before deciding to go up to the room.  The guy said, "Am I going to need get condoms"?  The ladies said they already had them, and they were busted up in the room.

I always check references now.  I didn't know how to in the beginning.  Ladies who don't check references should be especially careful.  There are a lot of misconceptions about what's safe and what isn't safe.

I've been meaning to change that forever, but I forget about it.  Right now I'm without a website designer and the site I have isn't something I'm capable of editing myself.  Even website designers aren't usually familiar with the type of format the guy used.

I would never rely, or trust anyone to provide the party favors.  lol A real pro always comes prepared.
