Only a small percentage of guys on TER actually review. IF you didn't care, then why bring it up? Just because there was a "request" someone can say " no thank you" and change their mind.... if a provider is going to request that I give her a review, she will reciprocate with a whitelist.
So, I give her one... a good one... she deserved it, even if she never made the request in the 1st place.
About a week goes back and I asked her if she still had plans to put me on the whitelist. Her response was that she "claimed" that she didn't know how to do it. Really?
I asked her if that was true, then how come I saw 10 whitelists from her that she gave to other clients? No response since then.
I don't care if I am whitelisted or not, my point of this post is this:
If you are going to request something from someone and you promise that you will reciprocate, you'd better do it!!
Otherwise, if you don't have any plans to reciprocate, then... do not make requests!
