Is it possible to leave a review for a provider if she simply fails to make an appearance at an agreed upon time? Say, if someone were to show up at the agreed upon time and place and was awaiting further instruction, only to have the provider not respond to texts, calls, or emails, and to provide no feedback at any point as to why?
