I'm not interested in telling strangers what ladies I've dated each week. And from the lack of replies he gets, doesn't seem like anyone else is either.

As he notes, the hobbyists can list someone they have the hots for, not just someone they saw that week. The lists of providers named in his posts have helped me find women I would have otherwise missed.
I think the volume of hobbying in SD is much lower than in other cities. That, plus LC's newness to this board probably cause the limited responses so far.
That may be the case, that others respond to his posts in other major cities. I share the same sentiment as the other respondent. Not knocking him, just not interested in divulging
For those who post on women they have seen, it's not very different from writing a review.
If you like a provider and want to get her a little PR, it's an opportunity to do so. You don't have to have seen her recently--or at all.

I am neutral other than not wanting myself to be "shilled" for on a post accompanied by graphic or sexual images - but that's just me. The volume is likely lower due to a lower population base. In addition, using the number of new reviews in the past 14 days as a proxy shows the following (not a complete list):
