So I see this provider for the first time back in early 2014
Have a great time and write a nice review, accurate and complimentary
I see her a few more times and each time better than the one before- but I have moved on and have decided not to see her
Then the emails from her begin with 'when am I going to see you again?'
This progressed to her emailing me and commenting every time I post on message boards or post a review of another provider- now she is threatening to blacklist me on TER-
Advice I have received from other providers I have known for a very long time has been to just ignore her and she will go away
Any thoughts? Do I contact TER? What if anything can they or will they do ?

Probably because your contributions are worthless.
Explain to her that you do not want to see her again, and ask her to stop emailing you. Communication can work wonders and should always be step #1. Document the communications, they may be useful later.
If communication doesn't work, try Radio Silence...
Block her emails and/or set your email to NOT send read-receipts to her. Change email and phone if you need to.
If you are on P411 or Date-Check, contact them and explain the situation and ask if they will block her from viewing your profile (before changing your email/phone if you decide to do that).
Put her posts on "Ignore" or simply ignore them. Do NOT respond! You could change your handle, too or just take a break from the boards for a while.
Avoid escalating anything and give it some time. Odds are it will end eventually.
There is no "TER Blacklist" per se that I am aware of. There are other BL sites out there, though. The question you need to ask yourself is whether she has the info to harm you with a BL. How much of your "real" info does she have?
There are many things that you can do if she escalates, but no sense making things uglier than they are at this point
And smart is so sexy to me!

Because when someone has an obsession like this, any type of contact is just feeding her need. It very likely will have the opposite of the intended effect and will only encourage her to contact you again. Hopefully she gets straightened-out and in a better place, but most likely you can't be part of that, other than having your silence stead-fastedly deliver the message that you are not in her life in any way shape or form.
Seriously? She doesn't have anything better to do then to cyber stalk a hobbyist... It's called hobbying so they can pick & choose which girls to see... I've heard about a incident like this from a client I've seen too... Ridiculous...
And stop threatening guys with blacklisting just cuz they don't want to see you anymore, it takes the credibility away from actual ASSHOLES who needs to be blacklisted....
It's too bad the ladies here can't block certain gents from viewing our profiles over and over again even after we've politely asked them to PLEASE STOP doing so......cause we always know.

(let me add and maybe this will give you a small idea) I had one gentleman tell me during our appnt I am saved to his "special hard drive" at home....everything about me. I mean EVERYTHING. I was like WHAT???? Freaked me out to tell you the truth. Did I see him again...nope. Only GOD knows what goes on behind the scenes here. I don't wanna know. That was enough for me.

I think you should tell her one time that you no longer wish to see her, and then set everything to ignore. And, only tell her you dont want to see her IF you haven't already. The beauty about this business is that there are AAALL types of ladies that can and do provide, but it's also the downside of this business.
