As for movies, I would never try to focus on watching one during a session per se, but maybe as a prelude to a session I'd love to watch a really raunchy porn flick, preferably one with lots of cum flying all over gals' bodies, face, and mouth.

As for music, I like something fairly soothing and instrumental.  New age type stuff or some of the ambient works of Brian Eno are nice backgrounds for sex.  Classical symphonic music is also good.

As for buzz-kills, I hate gory or creepy movies (Wes Craven, for example.)

While I like hard rock and roll for say, driving around, I would be distracted by it during sex.

Lame-ass music (Paper Lace, Wayne Newton, etc.) would also be a turn off.

Song that's a mood killer:  Aerosmith "Love in an Elevator" Not a bad song, but it conjures up an image of Steven Tyler's face, and that is not a pretty picture these days.

Movie that's a turn on: Body Heat.  Kathleen Turner in her day was arguably the most sensual actress in Hollywood.   If you haven't seen her in this, you owe it to yourself

Movie that's a turn off: Pee Wee's Big Adventure.  Probably self explanatory.

Neither movies nor songs do anything to get me in the mood. Not even porn, really.

I cannot stand a tv on or a movie playing during playtime. Not even porn; it's a distraction.  

I've met a few providers who turn a tv or a video on at the get go of a session, or play porn on a laptop. That pretty much says to me she doesn't want to be there, and is annoying as hell.

Turn on's: Classical Music. (During a rainstorm) I like to get crazy when the music gets crazy. Movie: Nymphomaniac-makes me think outside of the box.

Turn off's: Hard core rap. War and sad movies. Negativity is a huge turn off.

Movies: Chloe.  The scene with amanda Seyfried and Julianne Moore is SO HOT if you have not seen it, google it, watch it now.  Also Body of evidence, Madonna, having sex, nuff said.  
Music: Whenever, Shakira, odd choice but it makes me think of the video.......those hips.......
Aaliyah:  Rock the boat.  IMO the most attractive woman ever, she was SO SEXY.  

Turnoffs:
Movies.......hmmmm idk.  Pretty sure anything could be on, because I could tune it out and focus on the pretty little thing next to me.
Music:  All about that BASS.  So ridiculous, although I'd definitely bang Meghan Trainor
