"The Kid" is retiring from party hosting and going out with a bang ! We're renting a house for a multi-day ( and night ) event of epic proportions.Sort of a mini-PB Mansion East or little Viking Resort where all the gals can speak English. For most, it's their first language lol.
Pool, hot-tub, BBQ with plenty of wine and beer and maybe a "Slip n Slide" too. A nighttime Cock- Tail party and a Pool party and BBQ the following day from early afternoon well past sundown.
It won't be cheap. We have a large nut to cover including Professional security. Probably $150 for guys and $100 for the gals ( "working" or not) which I HATE doing but really have no alternative.
There will be some kind of "two-fer" deal if you attend more than one day's festivities. PM me if you wanna party in yout bathing suit and maybe even LESS !

2. If you attended a previous mixer or PP and can be verified you are good to go. If I don't remember you then TBM , Octavia or Malissa will have to vouch for you.

So is this an on-premise party with the business end being addressed between parties prior to/during the event.... or a "no playing" kind of party? If on-premise...what would that look like from a scheduling-the-room/clean-up perspective?

I'm getting close to the point where I have to fish or cut bait. Before committing myself and getting on the hook for THOUSANDS of dollars, I MUST know how many GUYS are seriously intending to go. The gals are not going to be a problem whatsoever. There will be more than enough ladies in attendance.
We'll be on or near the Jersey Shore somewhere between Exits 117 and 82 on the GSP in late June.

The response from the guys was pathetic. How could anybody be expected to put time, effort and money into setting up a major event like this with such a lukewarm response ? There wasn't even a tentative commitment from the bare minimum of guys to make this a POSSIBLE break even for the organizers.
If somebody else wants to pick up the concept and run with it, be my guest. I'll support and help you any way I can.

You can count me in for the pool party. Definitely hoping more people follow up and it is not completely cancelled. Although Im currently in DC by June Ill be in the NY area so attending will be no problem. If you want I could also mention it to a buddy or two to see if they are interested?
