A modest suggestion

I doubt if your description is precise enough for anyone knowledgable to give you even a ballpark opinion.  Sounds like it could be anything from razor cuts to herpes to genital warts.

Try googling for images of herpes or genital warts or other stds and see if what you come up with looks anything like what she had.

Obviously, tho, if you're not a clinician, you're not going to know for sure.

Consider getting yourself tested for the usual suspects.

Dear LG,

I saw an ATF recently.  First time I saw her since thanksgiving but maybe 6th time overall.

Anyway, I'm going down on her like always and I notice, not only does she have pimples/razor cuts/or something else near her private area, but she has one "mole" on her lips, none of which was there last time I saw her.

I'm not freaking out, but wondering what were all those "bumps."  Should I just be blunt and ask her?  Should I raise the question carefully?  Or should I just see how she is next time I visit?

Maybe it's vaginal chickenpox?  :-)

Seriously though, it sounds like razor burn, and possibly the "mole" is an ingrown hair.

I see no reason not to ask discretely - as opposed to bluntly.  Something along the lines of, "Say dear, I noticed xxxx.  Is that from shaving?"

She will know what you really mean is, "Do you have an STD that you are going to infect me with..."

Giggle,
TS Jamie :-)

...if the *real* reason for provider's routine of BJ as an introduction was to have the opportunity a priori to check things out before the bone gets buried.  It actually makes good sense for both parties to do same - kinda like dogs sniffing each other's rear ends as a means of getting to know one and other (lol).

I agree with Turkana - it could be "folliculitis" or razor burn versus a herpetic outbreak versus even molluscum.  The large "mole" could even be an ingrown hair which has become infected.

What would be in favor of folliculitis would be a fairly random distribution over the region where pubic hair would reside.  Herpetic outbreaks tend to occur in discrete clusters and, just like herpes in other areas, form blisters then coalesce to form a large scab.

I'd be willing to bet it's probably folliculitis, but of course, if you really want to know then get yourself tested.

Hope this helps.

YES, YES, YES, countfuckula [omg, I said it],

You SHOULD ask her what those bumps are. You don't have to be particularly careful, in fact I'd get right out with it - nicely, but firmly. And then see what she says. If you feel concerned about yourself, go see a urologist promptly. No sense in dwelling on these things.

Now, chances are that they indeed are a case of folliculitis - ingrown hair from shaving. And yes, you can get an ingrown hair on your outer labia- it's happened to the best of us, particularly before the advent of laser hair removal ;-)

Maybe your ATF should consider making an appt with the nearest laser place,

I have gotten razor burn and a few times ingrown hairs. In fact, I waxed about 2 months ago and suddenly acquired a third eye right in the center of my girlie bits in the front. Needless to say, if you see something funky just ask her.

you can be sure that we will ask you, sometimes very bluntly, if we see something suspicious on your privates.  So just return the favor.  We're all adults here.  Ladies aren't as sensitive as you guys think.  Personally, I prefer to know what you are thinking. (before I read about it in a review)
