My friend has been developing a webpage which she intends to make available only to a select few that she contacts privately. She has it about 75% done, but would like to find an inexpensive and reliable website designer to finish it. Can anyone recommend someone here in San Diego?

I think she should still blur/hide her face in that site. Don't under estimate the power of search engines or loose lips.
