Most (UK) sex workers have had jobs in health, education or charities – survey
"It is not illegal for individuals to buy or sell sex from each other but soliciting and sex workers working together as a group are illegal." (in the UK) from the article.
AND I thought our laws were FUed.
And all this time I thought you were a Duke fan. Maybe the Duke of Wellington? That would explain a lot! lol

she travels to the UK and then works as an escort it's trafficking. But, if she gets UK citizenship then it's no longer trafficking. TADA!!!!
I don't know how they justify such a screwed-up definition. For an independent woman who traveled to the UK on her own, and discovered a market for her skills, the trafficking charge would be levied against the escort. Although I doubt they'd be able to successfully prosecute - odds are they'd deport the worker instead.
