Please explain.

Just an FYI to those that gave smart phones, as well as wireless internet at home, when I search things on Google while on my lap top they will show up on the Hubby's phone...not that we have anything to hide from each other, but he did find out I was researching having a photoshoot done for him, so just a heads up to those of you who do NOT want the SO to find out........now I just Google outrageous shit just to mess with him.......like giant clown cocks.....yes it exist!!!! Lol

i'm guessing that the OP has an iPhone and a Mac.  If you leave "iCloud" in the "on" position in both the iPhone and Mac Safari preferences, then the Mac browser sees what the iPhone is looking at and vice versa.

Just a guess.

i have just a standard, HP laptop, and we all have Samsung android phones, anything i search on google from the laptop, will show up on my husbands phone when he goes into google, we have nothing to hide from each other, we just thought it was strange that it does this, and i thought others might be interested.  if you can "get around that" please explain, as im sure otheres would like to know how, in case this happens to them.........as of now i just google really crazy stuff just to mess with him!!! LOL

Firefox "never remember history".

I don't use google. Try duckduckgo it doesn't track or remember anything or you can set it do so.

It's probably because you are signed into your Google account on your home computers web browser. When you do a Google search it may show all recent searches from your account whether from your phone or home computer. What I do is use the Firefox browser on the phone and incognito browsing at home (ctl+shift+N in Chrome). Seems to work pretty good so far.
