I'm tired of how cold it is in the midwest. Every year I get fed up with snow and freezing temperatures a little bit more.
I've been trying to research which states will both warm my frozen bones and stretch my wallet a little farther, but which ones also have a good hobby scene?
Anyone else looking to move to a warmer, more hobby friendly locale?
Being originally from the windy city and moving to Arizona many years ago. But, don't come to Arizona. Phoenix has a LE that wants to do away with sex. And, Tucson is mostly BP types. My suggestion is check out all the warm clims listed in the Regional Boards above and that should give you a good feel for what is available and how much it will hurt your wallet. Lots of great providers at rates that won't break the bank.
In the bigger cities it seems $300 hr is starting price, go to a smaller town and $300 hr is on the upper end.
Charleston is warm and there are some great ladies for 200-450, though you def have to weed through a lot of girls to find the good ones.

But if you're able to put with winter, I've heard that Thermopolis, Wyoming has some very affordable UTR ladies. Also, I had some good times years back in Sioux Sault Marie, Michigan, but there it is really cold. Also Des Moines, Iowa is fun as far as easy ladies go in and out of P4P, and the winters there aren't as vicious even though it gets cold. It's just far enough south that the Rockies block the severe winds, so the wind chill factor is low.
Atlanta is most definitely one of them as has already been mentioned, but Texas too is a great place for P4P by American standards.
Today should be pushing 70 degrees, I haven't picked out who I am going to see today, but I have several hundred choices to pick from on P411, many of them available on short notice, and rarely do I ever find the need to pay more than $300hr for the pleasure of women who could easily command twice that in places like LV, LA, or NYC.
I personally live in Dallas, but Houston is just as a good a hobby town and stays a little bit warmer in the winter time, Although the combination of heat and humidity is a bit much in the summer.
LV and LA also offer a great climate and a great hobby scene, but they are hardly places I would recommend if "stretching your wallet" is a goal.
Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, New Mexico, and Arizona are hardly considered hobby meccas. and Arizona in particular is most definitely a hobby "unfriendly" place. New Orleans has a unique flavor that some people, including myself do enjoy, but it's hardly for everybody.
Lets see, I guess that leaves Florida and the Carolinas, I've never been much of a fan of the Carolina hobby scene, it seems to be dominated by the OTHFBC, but Florida is very nice, but depending on the city, it might not be the cheapest place to land.
If it were me looking to relocate, I would put Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston at the top of my list. I've lived in all three and have thoroughly enjoyed the women in all of them.

Austin is a great town, and with San Antonio right next door, you have all the benefits of living in a college town, with a major city just half an hour away.
A LOT of the Texas hookers make the touring circuit between DFW, Houston, and Austin.

I don't know a lot about hobbying in the Carolinas as I get there rather infrequently, but you do have plenty of BSC hookers and even more BSU candidates on your board, which makes it a very fun place to visit. lol
I can get gfe with a sweet blonde spinner for a bill, and one of the best of all time fbsms for a bill. It goes without saying that I like variety, so the rates go up from there. There are some high end rates too. I also live near a major city, so if I want to splurge a little, I can stretch my wallet with optimum planning. It's a great hobby city, with nice weather most of the time. For privacy purposes I really can't say the name. But it is on the TER review list, so it should be fairly easy to deduce.

I've only seen the inside of the airport but judging by ads and other posts, I'd have to say Atlanta. I also remember seeing many a potential provider while waiting for my flight in the airport. LOL
Lots of hot women and reasonable rates. Houston has reasonable rates as well, but it is one of the fattest cities in the US due to abundance of delicious mexican food, sedentary lifestyle, drive-through Whataburgers on every corner etc

and your research agreed with my recommendations as well, with Atlanta and Dallas leading the way. Houston also has great ladies at very affordable prices, but is very underrepresented on TER as you have already alluded to.

but no, I am talking about Chicas just like the one in the Good Senator's pic. I am sure she would get nothing but tens here on TER, although on the GaGa scale she would rate a solid eight.
In San Jose, Costa Rica she would get a hundred bucks an hour, in Jaco, about $150, In Panama City, Panama, most likely $150, and maybe $75 in most cities in Colombia.
I will also confess that if you don't mind getting off the beaten path, I have seen chicas this hot as cheap as $25 in Ecuador, or Venezuela, but not too many gringos go to those places.
If you ever find yourself in Aruba, take a cab to Saint Nicks on the far end of the island which is where they allow hookers, and you will see a lot of Venezuelans and Colombians working there for about $40 a throw, but that gets you more like 20-30 minutes, not a full hour.

That all sounds tempting, although it seems a lot easier to drive to another city than to take a mule to the other side of an island. Besides, you never know what you might come across.

Before deciding I like being in Chicago and just going to visit other places in the winter. Anyway, for my taste there is a lot to be said for the hippie chick vibe and hands off LE in the northwest, Portland and Seattle. Not sure I would want to live with all the rain full time, but it beats the bitter cold around here.
New Orleans is not bad, either, in the winter or for the hobby.
So my advice is to live in Chicago and go away for a few weeks in the winter to all the places recommended, and more.
