it is probobaly some kind of Global weather change in temperature because the weather in OCT in Washington DC area should be already somewhat cooler... and it is not cold at all.
Being from Scandinavia I cannot stand direct rays in my eyes -- so powerful and strong and UV with polution as we have right now due to Poison Ozon alert.And we are wearing here in this time of the year short dresses for summer and slides.(Except those who work in the offices.)
