Everything is good in moderation. I plan to eat more fruits & vegetables. I am the leader of a group called, "team fit!" We train 3 times a week with a kick ass personal trainer who teaches MMA, and other fighting skills. Lucky us!
I gotta stop hitting the casinos, it was just plain stupid last year.
