Lots of local and touring ladies advertising on the board. I also read the new TER reviews, always a good source for who to see and more importantly who not to see.  BTW, I'm not into 20 somethings so I really can't comment on your observation.  
As far as your MILF, comment I disagree. San Diego has a great selection, but most don't advertise on BP

Since 2010, the U.S. youth unemployment rate has fallen from nearly 20% down to 12%.  In good economic times, it tends to be between 10-12%.   Four years ago, the local economy was in the shitter. But not now, things are much better.  So with more opportunity, not surprising that fewer girls choose to provide at all, or that fewer choose to provide "prime" at lower price points.  Hell four years ago, I could find cheap antiques on Craigslist, blowout wine sales from retailers, etc.  That window has passed.  You might have to wait until the next recession
