With my busy schedule between touring and home life, I have found it easier to hire a personal assistant her name is Kimberly, and she is wonderful.  I do ask that you be kind to her, she is well known and very prompt to answer calls and emails in a timely manner! I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!

      And i prefer it to come via email, please send it to [email protected] …. My assistant and I read every email and one of us will answer back! I am sorry but I do not accept text messages.  Please provide your legal name, email, phone number, age, date time & length of appointment, handles to screening sites, and 2 provider references (including her name, email, and phone number)!  I am a member of a majority of the screening sites that i take as long as you can provide 2 provider references on there.
