I see P411 has created an "Other Details" section in order to comply with recent changes in the law.  While I understand they gotta do what they gotta do, but some of the terms seem silly, while I am surprised that some of them pass the legal test.

Preferred411 has new guidelines:
Ladies go update your profiles (new terminology)
Also update your ads, all appear to be removed prior to December it looks like due to new guidelines

Take care and meet some awesome hobbyists!
GK

changed recently and many words and phrases that were once allowed in ads are now against the law.

Tis a shame, because the ability for ladies to list certain activities and the ability for guys to sort accordingly really made P411 a great site to find that perfect lady for the occasion and not just a screening site.

It's illegal to exchange lewd or sexual acts for money.

That's why I never checked off any sexual acts on the menu on P411 or the other sites that have menus with sexual activities on there.

TER reviews are a client saying what happened during the time they paid for.

It wasn't negotiated ahead of time that money would be paid for lewd or sexual acts.

It's a fine line, maybe, but that's the truth.

If I say I'm going to do lewd or sexual acts for money, that's an illegal proposition.  When someone contacts me and asks for certain sexual activities, that's exactly what I tell them.  I tell them I don't do that.  And I recommend that they visit my website and read the etiquette and verification pages so they can learn to book an appointment appropriately.
