This is a little creative but I never was one to follow norms. In my experience a lot of providers are some of the most caring, compassionate people I have ever met, and many love children. I'm not caught up in the stigma society places on them, I believe there is one out there that is a perfect fit for this position! So, I have a beautiful 5-month old girl that I need a live-in full-time nanny for. I have a huge beautiful home with a private flat for you. The grounds are gated and include pool, hot tub, outdoor decks & furniture, private parking for you and a private studio flat. Once a week I'd also like to have your personal attention! The only rules are no clients at the property, this is strictly your private place.
You have to be the right personality for this, perhaps you are even looking for a hiatus from the hobby. You'll have to want to care for a little one while also being a fun mistress once a week, while having your private place to retire to outside of all this and relax! This will include the room and amenities plus a weekly stipend. Of course my daughter is number one in this so please tell me why you would take wonderful care of her first and show me that you would love to nanny her full-time.

The provider would be lying to your SO everyday by cheating with you on your property this is a sick idea & to include your innocent child. You really would trust a provider with your spawn without proper childcare training? I'm baffled as to why you would actually post this...
Yes, I would consider providers as caring people especially if they are GFE, you are correct about that one. But there is a lot of providers who has baggage that is why most of them are in the business or why they started.
Me personally needed theraphy from a abusive relationship and to get money to pay a lawyer to get my kids back. Today I do not need theraphy anymore but my clients has been very good to me and good for me.
Providers could bring multiple problems into your home depending what our problems are. I do not personally do drugs etc but there are those that circulate in this business. Just to name one problem that you do not want near your daughter.
Providers would not be very interested in become a nanny either because the pay is no where near what we are use to make as a provider. We usually do not want the strings attached relationships between client and provider that is why we are independent in the first place.
When you bring in your personal twist in wanting personal attention the relationship becomes even more attached and requiring no other relationships into your house. This is not an attractive to a provider who likes to work and live independently.
You want to be in control and turn your nanny into your private provider when you so wish. It looks more like a slave relationship. No provider who is independent will look for this kind of agreement.
You can find a lot of good nanny´s out there but unfortunately they will not also be a provider. If they were open to that they would already be a provider and not seek out to work as a nanny which does not pay very well.
Think about it. If you were working and making six figures per year by just working a few hours a day, would you go and work a minimum wage job the rest of the time and live under some one elses roof and rules?
If you were able to see a provider as an individual with brain and feelings just like you, you would not have posted this ad. We are more than just a commodity that can be bought for a price.
Just think about it for a while and hopefully you will understand why everyone is upset reading your post.
